CDC Director Rochelle Walensky stopped by “Fox News Sunday” this past weekend with a stark message for “essential workers.” Get vaccinated like we tell you to or you very well might be subjected to “education and counseling.” Seriously. Moreover, Walensky told host Chris Wallace the CDC has a plan to do just that.
Wallace kicked off the festivities by asking Walensky about police officers, health workers, and pilots walking off the job rather than succumbing to being told they must get vaccinated, as transcribed by Daily Wire.
“As you know, there are cases where police officers or health workers or pilots are walking off the job, rather than get the vaccine. Are you still full speed ahead on mandates for essential workers to get vaccinated?”
Walensky was ready; it was “almost” like our pal Chris set the table for her.
“We have seen that these mandates are getting more and more people vaccinated. Here’s what we know, the most disruptive thing that you can do to [the] workforce is to have a COVID outbreak in that workforce. That will most definitely not only send people home, but it will send people to the hospital and some may pass.
“What we know from the police workforce is that there have been more deaths from the coronavirus over the last year and a half than all other causes of death for that workforce combined. So, we believe it is very important to get these people vaccinated.”
The “great and powerful” Walensky then dropped the bomb on the CDC’s plan to deal with stubborn essential workers. (Emphasis, mine.)
“There is a plan should these people not want to be vaccinated towards education and counseling to get people the information they need so that they are feeling comfortable in getting vaccinated.”
Perhaps, Ms. Walensky, you should call your plan “re-education.” Even better, you could open “Vaccination Re-education Camps” so the CDC — with a strong assist from the Biden administration, I’m sure — could provide intense training and “counseling” to the stupid among us who have the unmitigated gall to reject the federal government mandating what we inject into our bodies and the bodies of our children.
America, get jabbed or we’re going to re-educate you until you do.
Wallace raised the issue of depleted police departments and hospitals.
“But what about the argument that we’re talking about public health here. And if you [inaudible] and we’ve seen some real resistance, for instance, in the Chicago Police Department, in the interest of public health on vaccinations, if you have a large part of a police force leaving, in terms of public health, aren’t you further behind the ball rather than having made gains?”
Walensky is a shrewd operator, although perhaps I’m reading too much into it or giving her more credit than she deserves, but it’s “almost” like she’s playing the “cop card” in an effort to pressure law enforcement officers through public concern over depleted police departments, à la the Defund Movement.
Just a thought — I would put zero past these people.
“You know, the way you can down a police force is by having a COVID outbreak in that police force. So what we’re working to do is mitigate that from happening.”
In related news, on Sunday we reported on an op-ed in The Washington Post titled You’re not ‘fully vaccinated.’ You never will be, in which James Hamblin, a journalist, and physician specializing in public health and preventive medicine, and a lecturer at Yale University, all but did a paid commercial for the CDC, the Biden administration, Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, and our favorite Democrat COVID shill, the embattled Anthony Fauci.
Perspective: You’re not “fully vaccinated.” It’s a goal for communities or nations, not for individuals. https://t.co/3FoLIp29Aq

“To be fully vaccinated might more accurately be the goal of a school or business or town or nation,” Hamblin said: “And ideally, of the world.” He then added what every one of these people — Walensky, Fauci, Biden, et al. —want you to believe:
“While the unvaccinated blame the continued spread of the virus on the vaccines, rather than on themselves.”
But the best shill job of the weekend went to CNN — “The Most Trusted Name in New” with this beauty:
People Vaccinated Against COVID-19 Less Likely to Die From Any Cause, Study Finds
And there you have it, America: Immortality. All you have to do is get jabbed. Oh, and get 42 booster shots or whatever number we’re up to now — and for all of eternity to come.
