Senator Raphael Warnock (D-GA), a man who touts the title of "Reverand," decided to take the opportunity to comment on Republicans' reaction to President Joe Biden making it a very big to-do about March 31 being the "Transgender Day of Visibility."
Talking to CNN's Dana Bash on an episode of "State of the Union," Warnock laid into House Speaker Mike Johnson, who called Biden's announcement "abhorrent," and carried on the proud Democrat tradition of blatantly lying about God's positions about everything to fit their political agenda.
“Well, apparently, the speaker finds trans people abhorrent,” Warnock said. “And I think he ought to think about that. The fact of the matter is, as you said, March 31 has been a day to lift up transgender people who endure violence and bigotry. Easter, the date changes every single day.”
“But this is just one more instance of folks who have — who do not know how to lead us trying to divide us. And this is the opposite of the Christian faith,” he added. “Jesus centered the marginalized. He centered the poor. And in a moment like this, we need voices, particularly voices of faith, who would use our faith not as a weapon to beat other people down, but as a bridge to bring all of us together.”

Firstly, Warnock's claim that transgender people endure violence and bigotry is off the mark. As I've covered before, transgender people aren't actually a group that endures a lot of violence, and oftentimes, the "bigotry" they endure is really just backlash from the actions they themselves commit, be it shootings and murders or activists attempting to put themselves in front of your children.

Secondly, and probably most importantly, contrary to the belief of many leftists, Christianity is not a kumbaya, everyone gets along to get along kind of religion. Christ himself said he didn't come to bring peace, but a sword. He was a very divisive figure, and He knew it.
Yes, it's true that Christ spoke to everyone and urged us to love one another, which is a good thing. However, what He didn't do was tell everyone they were perfect as they were. He encouraged everyone to drop their sin and follow Him. He didn't look at the lame and sick and encourage them to keep living their truth. He healed them and took those sicknesses away.
Transgenderism is a sickness of a mental variety. As I've written about on multiple occasions, transgenderism is a lie foisted upon people who suffer from high levels of anxiety, depression, or some other kind of mental illness. Moreover, this mind virus is used as a political tool to create loyal anti-traditionalists, especially negative feelings toward Christianity.

However, we are commanded to hate the sin, not the sinner.
Romans 5:8 says, "But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
He didn't die for some of us; He died for all of us, including the worst of us.
Christians should definitely see transgender people, but not in the way of embracing their illness. That needs to be cast out, and while we might not have the power of Christ to rewrite someone's genetic coding on the spot or correct a cellular anomaly with the wave of our hand, we do have the ability to help cure people of many diseases with today's technology and medical advancements.
We can also counsel and encourage to great effect because Christians have the greatest healer of the soul behind them.
The goal is to help transgender people by guiding them out of that darkness. These are lost, confused, angry, and hurt people who need help. Right now, they're being seduced and lied to by people who are literally using the sickness of their mind and soul for their own purposes, leading them further down into a lifestyle that will ultimately cause them terrible pain and regret, too often ending in suicide.
These people are pitiable, and those are the people Christ ran to help, not to pat them on the back and tell them that they're just fine doing what they're doing, but to exhort them to drop their sickness, get up, and walk.
Warnock and the Democrats get too much out of making people and keeping people in that sickness. It's no wonder the Democrats made a very big deal out of dedicating one of the high holy days of Christianity to transgenderism. They wanted it to create a divide between transgender people and Christianity. Transgender people are very useful to Democrats, and Christianity offers a way out into a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle.
