Joe the Blasphemer: Biden Takes Parting Shot at Catholics With His Vile Medal of Freedom Choice

Lest we feel too kindly towards feeble old Joe Biden after he was unceremoniously dumped by his own party in favor of his mid-wit vice president, with some even surmising that Biden could have voted for Donald Trump, consider this: He just awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Cecile Richards.

Richards, of course, is the staunch pro-abort who was the longtime president of Planned Parenthood. RedState has written extensively about this vile woman, with our own Brandon Morse having this to say about her back in 2016:

Many of you already know her as the director of Planned Parenthood, the abortion giant. I like to refer to her as the most unelected official in America.
She who gets half a billion dollars a year from the taxpayers to not only carry out the most vile practice in the world, but also use her industry as a partisan influence in politics as she stands on a soapbox to tell those same taxpayers they’re bad for not getting on board with her views, as her “non-profit” sold off baby parts.
This woman is responsible for the deaths of over 300,000 children a year.

Joe Biden, a supposed devout Catholic, chose Cecile Richards, who is as anti-Catholic as it gets, to receive one of our nation's highest honors. Biden's own White House said this of previous Medal of Freedom recipients: "The Presidential Medal of Freedom is the Nation’s highest civilian honor, presented to individuals who have made exemplary contributions to the prosperity, values, or security of the United States, world peace, or other significant societal, public or private endeavors."

And what exactly has Cecile Richards done to merit such an honor? According to super Catholic-y Joe Biden, she "mobilized" women to kill their own babies.

The wonderful Lila Rose, as always, put things in perspective: Supposed Catholic Joe Biden just awarded a "freedom" medal to a woman whose life's mission was to make sure that nearly four million future Americans were denied the freedom of being born.

Cecile Richards presided over the abortions of 3.9 million babies as president of Planned Parenthood.

She belongs in jail.

The rush was clearly on for Biden to thumb his nose at Catholics and pro-lifers one more time, as he's down to a mere 60 days until he's evicted from the White House. He and his fellow Democrats have got to cram all the destruction they can into these next few weeks, before the big, red wave crashes overtop of Washington, D.C.

All of this is just further proof that abortion is still the only issue Democrats have, and they will cling to it for dear life. Joe Biden has led his party to abandon Catholics, and they, in turn, are abandoning the Democrats. Donald Trump won the Catholic vote by a larger margin than has been seen since exit polling began in 1972.

Joe Biden is ticked and muddled, and he doesn't care who knows it. Giving the Presidential Medal of Freedom to someone as unworthy as Cecile Richards is one final middle finger from Biden to Catholics and pro-lifers.
