Porn star and Trump mistress, Stormy Daniels (real name: Stephanie Clifford) is ready to tell all about her time allowing some wrinkled old misogynist to wallow all over her.
*shudder*
A new report, however, suggests that she would have been to the party sooner, and almost was, just before the 2016 election.
I mean, sure, Trump has a history of not paying his bills, but this one almost got him.
An attorney for Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, sent an email to Trump’s personal lawyer on Oct. 17, 2016, threatening to cancel the agreement as she had not yet received a payment to keep quiet about the alleged affair, The Washington Post reported Friday.
“Please be advised that my client deems her settlement agreement canceled and void,” Daniels’ lawyer wrote in a second email, obtained by the Post.
And we know the payoff happened, since his personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, has admitted to making the payoff (after initially issuing a statement saying no payoff happened – because all they do is lie).
Speaking of Cohen, it was on that same day that he created a limited liability company, and 10 days later, the $130,000 payment was delivered.
Daniels reportedly spoke openly about the consensual affair in past years. After the Wall Street Journal report, InTouch magazine published a 2011 interview with Daniels about the affair, which allegedly occurred in 2006, soon after the birth of Trump and his wife Melania’s son Barron.
And it turns out Daniels wasn’t the only one, but, I’m guessing Melania knew what she was signing on for.
When Cohen suddenly about-faced and admitted to paying Daniels off from his own pocket, Daniels and her lawyer considered the nondisclosure agreement as a bust, so she’s ready to start spilling the beans about what really happened.
Not that it will matter for anything, other than her bottom line. Trump fans now consider adultery and misogyny virtues.
This world we live in.
