Hunter Biden, a Crack Pipe, and a Two-Tiered Justice System

Yet another release of photos and videos from Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop is illustrating just how far the DOJ went to protect him.

In the latest drop, the president’s degenerate son, fresh off barring his own daughter from taking his last name, is seen smoking crack while driving through a residential neighborhood and doing 172mph on the way to a Las Vegas bender (The New York Post).

Hunter Biden apparently filmed himself smoking crack behind the wheel of a car in 2018 — the same year he took a picture of himself driving 172mph in a Porsche, according to thousands of newly uploaded photos from the first son’s abandoned laptop.

Biden, 53, is seen flashing what looks like a crack pipe and smoking it while driving through a residential neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia, on June 12, 2018, according to the photos uploaded by Marco Polo, a nonprofit firm headed by former Donald Trump aide Garrett Ziegler.

Less than two months later, he was seen racing to Las Vegas on August 1, when he took a snap of the car’s dashboard, revealing that he was going at least 172mph.

There appears to be a mix of state and federal laws that Hunter Biden ran afoul of while documenting his escapades. For one, taking drugs across state lines is considered drug trafficking and is a federal offense. Going 172mph is also a felony in every state I’m aware of.

But none of that matters because the FBI had all this information as early as 2019, well within the statute of limitations for most federal drug crimes, and did nothing with it. Certainly, it doesn’t appear they shared any of the information on the laptop with local authorities, who also could have brought possible charges against Hunter Biden.

No mind, though, I’m sure it’s just a coincidence that the FBI and DOJ strung out their investigation of the president’s son for five years, making sure that the statute of limitations ran out on nearly all the crimes he allegedly committed (with many being directly evidenced by the laptop), leaving nothing but a couple of misdemeanor fines and a deferred gun charge that normally lands people in prison for years.

Ask yourself, would you have been treated the same way if you filmed yourself committing what appear to be multiple felonies? Or would the DOJ have had a case ready to go against you in a few months? We all know the answer to that.

Because Hunter Biden’s alleged criminality reaches such a high level, the lower-level offenses are often forgotten about or treated as if they weren’t that big of a deal in comparison to FARA violations and tax fraud. But they would have been a big deal for any normal American. If you know the right people and belong to the right political party, the DOJ will not only look the other way, but they’ll keep an investigation ongoing into perpetuity to ensure no one else, whether it be local authorities or the US Congress, can intervene. That’s the reality of the two-tiered justice system that plagues the United States
