We’ve been covering the “60 Minutes” fiasco in depth, the case where CBS News selectively edited an interview with then-Democrat presidential candidate Kamala Harris to make her look more intelligent and slightly more eloquent than she really is (which is not at all). The drama continues to stay in the headlines because A) Donald Trump sued the network for $10 billion, and B) the more information that comes out, the more unethical things look for CBS.
In light of the controversy, Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Chairman Brendan Carr demanded the unedited transcript and video. Dan Rather's former network finally relented Wednesday and released it, partly because their parent company, Paramount Global, is planning a merger with Skydance Media and needs the blessing of the Trump administration.
The footage and the transcript proved what we all knew: that producers manipulated the interview and undeniably proved their leftist bias.

What you see in the above clip is how the sausage is made for these left-wing legacy media outlets. They were all in for Harris, and what "60 Minutes" did here proves that. CBS News has a lot of explaining to do, and no one should ever trust anything they produce again.

Trump’s post continued, and he deemed it the biggest broadcasting scandal in history (in his own unique capitalization style):
They 100% removed Kamala’s horrible election changing answers to questions, and replaced them with completely different, and far better, answers, taken from another part of the interview. This was Election changing “stuff,” Election Interference and, quite simply, Election Fraud at a level never seen before. CBS should lose its license, and the cheaters at 60 Minutes should all be thrown out, and this disreputable “NEWS” show should be immediately terminated. With the new Democrat scandal that just arose with respect to USAID illegally paying large sums of money to Politico and other media outlets, the question must me asked, was CBS paid for committing this FRAUD??? Many other questions to come! This will go down as the biggest Broadcasting SCANDAL in History!!!

The president is right on this one: this was an unethical and subversive attempt by a progressive network to shape the news and try to sway the electorate.
