'Gaza Health Ministry' Admits Lying About Fatality Lists

This just in: Hamas has been lying about the casualty count in Gaza during the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict. We know that Hamas isn't exactly a paragon of integrity in casualty reporting or anything else; these are, after all, people who establish their headquarters and store munitions underneath hospitals and then screech about civilian casualties when Israel un-alives a bunch of Hamas goblins hiding therein.

On an X post Saturday, X user @Aizenberg, who works for HonestReporting, gave out what are more complete and honest numbers.  No one should be surprised by this latest round of lying from Hamas.

Note, in this X post, the admission from the head of the Gaza Health Ministry's statistics team:

"We realized that a lot of the people [submitted by the form] died a natural death."

Well, one could argue that a Hamas goblin who has been turned into a pink mist by an Israeli air strike is, naturally, dead, and that also would be fudging the count, just in the opposite direction.

Take a look at these estimates: 51,600 total deaths, which consist of 22,600 civilians, 20,000 combatants (Hamas terrorists), 7,000 natural deaths, and 2,000 deaths caused by Hamas.

And here's the kicker:

Bear in mind that these deaths caused by Hamas are not only due to failed rockets. Some are more purposeful. Hamas has a history of using civilians as human shields and has been executing people who protest continued rule of Gaza by Hamas.

Hamas lies. It's what they do. They are liars and mass murderers. The parable of the frog and the scorpion applies here; for Israel, as for the frog, it was only a matter of time before Hamas and the scorpion stung. It's in their nature to do so. That's why, as I have been writing for many months now, there will be no peace in Gaza until Hamas is no longer a factor.

The sad thing - as I have also been writing for many months - is that Gaza could be a paradise on the model of Dubai. They have miles of beautiful, golden sand Mediterranean beaches. There are a few old, broken-down resorts still remaining on those beaches, closed down and likely wrecked, but they could be rebuilt or razed and replaced. A Gaza with no Hamas, a Gaza seeking foreign investments to establish a tourism industry, a Gaza with an elected government and a rule of law, not thuggery, could be a very prosperous place.

That, too, will never happen until Hamas is no longer a factor.
