TOP O' THE MORNIN'
Kamala Harris Got Into Law School Via a Program She Didn't Qualify For
She almost certainly lied on her application or at a minimum knew that her politics would fit with the LEOP selection committee.
WATCH: Kamala Harris Was So Bad at Staged 'Town Hall' That Even Liz Cheney Was Left Cringing
It's too late for Cheney, though. She chose this path, and there's a decent chance she'll suffer one, final humiliation in a few weeks. It couldn't happen to a better person.
An Important Legal Win for Pennsylvania Voters, and Hopefully a Notice for the Rest of the Country
The Left cries “voter suppression” as a political talking point but ignores real voter suppression when it doesn’t suit their interests.
WHAT'S ON TAP?
Today on Capitol Hill...
Actions speak louder than words, they say, and 'twould seem that Senate Democrats are telegraphing their belief that the Harris-Walz campaign is a sinking ship, as those contending in "blue wall" states are abandoning her.
The House J13 Task Force released its interim report on the failed assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump and — surprise! — has determined the tragic incident was preventable.
White House What's Up
After receiving his Daily Brief, President Joe Biden will host a bilateral meeting with Slovenian Prime Minister Robert Golob late Tuesday morning. After that, he'll jet to Manchester, New Hampshire, to deliver remarks on lowering the cost of prescription drugs and visit a Democrat campaign office before returning to D.C. in the evening.
The Homestretch
Fresh off her spectacular flop of a town hall with Liz Cheney Monday evening, Vice President Kamala Harris is in D.C. herself on Tuesday. In the afternoon, she'll tape interviews with NBC's Hallie Jackson and Telemundo's Julio Vaqueiro. Second (not a) Gentleman Doug Emhoff is campaigning in North Carolina, with three planned event stops on Tuesday. Minnesota Governor and Harris running mate Tim Walz is campaigning in Wisconsin today, both in Racine and Madison (where he'll be joined by former President Barack Obama.)
Former President Donald Trump holds a rally in Greensboro, North Carolina, Tuesday evening. His running mate, Sen. JD Vance (OH), will hit stops in Peoria and Tucson, Arizona, today.
Full Court Press...

Interesting to note, November 18, 2022, was a big day in the annals of lawfare history:
Remember: November 18, 2022 was THE key day when all four criminal cases kicked off.

MORNING MUSING
Alright. Two weeks to go. Right now, the momentum feels like it's tilting heavily in Trump's favor. Polls have shifted his way, and just stepping back and observing the campaigns' respective behavior over the past week or two — plus the behavior of some of those "blue wall" Democrats — you get the sense of what their internals are telling them. You never count your chickens before they're hatched, though — particularly not when the fox guards the henhouse. I went out on a limb and made a bold (probably stupid) prediction last night. I'll share it here, and we can come back and point and laugh at me if necessary (hopefully not):
Susie's prediction(s):

If it goes the way it "feels" like it's going:
325 - R
Fall back:
287 - R
If it all goes to hell:
287 - D
Look, that 325 only happens if Virginia flips red, and I'm not holding my breath on that despite the favorable indicators there. We'll know when we know. My prayer is that we know early on the night of November 5 so that whatever shenanigans are afoot are moot.
