#1 - Kamala Harris Tyrannical 2019 Video Resurfaces: 'I Will Snatch Their Patent So That We Will Take Over' — by Bob Hoge
Patent law is notoriously complex, and there are certainly some drug companies that take advantage of them. I have no love for the Pfizers of the world who raked in billions with their flawed COVID vaccines. But her view of the government’s role is chilling, and she seems drunk on power (that she didn’t even have at the time). We have seen the Biden administration weaponizing the powers of the executive branch throughout his term, but Kamala—between her past statements and her newly announced Bolshevik economic policies—sounds like she literally wants to change our hugely successful capitalist economy into something else entirely. Of course, her ideas have been tried in places like Venezuela, the former U.S.S.R., Argentina, and elsewhere, and although they sound oh-so-nice, they never end well.
The American people quickly rejected her vision back in 2020, when she failed to garner a single delegate in the Democrat primary, but now that Biden has handed her the keys to the car, there is a real possibility that she could end up in the Oval Office. What is becoming more and more clear, however, is that she’d really love to become is a socialist tyrant.
#2 - That Cringe Gas Station Visit by Kamala Harris and Tim Walz Just Got Much Worse — by Bonchie
I don't know about you, but I was going to vote for no price controls, lower mortgage rates, and a secure border until I saw Kamala Harris get a bag of Doritos. What a life-changing moment.
As off-script as the word salads I mentioned above were, this was a moment that was clearly on-script, and painfully so. Just as the vice president starts to walk away from him, you can see Doug Emhoff rush to bend down and grab a bag of pre-staged chips. Harris then pretends to wander down one of the aisles before he suddenly reappears, Doritos in hand so she can deliver her line.
#3 - Report: The Reason Kamala Skipped Out on DNC Night 2 Reveals Even More Drama and Democrat Division — by Nick Arama
It sure sounds like Biden is pretty angry to me. It's pretty funny that Kamala reportedly is doing this to try to assuage him and not be there for the Obamas, who are endorsing her. Is she fearful of the "revenge" if she further ticks him off in his final days occupying the office? And if she had any "sensitivity" or "respect" for Biden, she wouldn't have treated him like an old newspaper on Monday night, shoving his speech back so late. But then, if they had any "sensitivity" to the American public — the people they're supposed to be serving — they wouldn't be throwing "democracy" under the bus and acting like this to begin with. What a tangled web, but that's the Democrats in a nutshell — angry, unhappy, identity-fixated folks concerned about control.
Both Harris and her running mate, Tim Walz, were at an event in Milwaukee on Tuesday night, something which is not generally a move one makes during a convention, so it fits the report. Who counter-programs against their own DNC event?
#4 - Joe Biden Delivers Insanely Disgusting Off-Script Line During DNC Speech That Has Everyone Talking — by Bonchie
I suppose expecting an 81-year-old mental invalid to bring anything fresh to the table was never realistic. Regardless of his deficient mental state, he's the same guy he's always been. Namely, a deranged sociopath whose arrogance is only matched by his vapidness.
But while the speech was more of the same, he did go off-script at one point. Immediately after repeating the "very fine people" hoax regarding Charlottesville, which has been repeatedly debunked by even mainstream news sources, Biden made the following mention.
#5 - NEW: The Nasty Move Pelosi Reportedly Made to Push Biden Out — by Nick Arama
No, he didn't quit because it would be a distraction. He quit because he was afraid they were going to savage him — because he knew enough about Nancy Pelosi and how she works. He knew that she would crank up the nasty to do him in, and he didn't want to upset the perception he has of his legacy in his mind.
So much for decades of "friendship" or the voters' votes. Even The New York Times' Maureen Dowd was calling it a "coup." Meanwhile, Pelosi tells the public he is so consequential that he deserves to be on Mount Rushmore. It shows how nothing that Democrats have to say is trustworthy; it's just about saying or doing anything to hold onto power. It's hard to believe how anyone could watch how all this has unfolded and vote for any of these people, in addition to all the bad policies they have put in play to hurt the American people.
