WATCH LIVE: Garland Testifies at House Judiciary Hearing on Oversight of the U.S. Department of Justice

All eyes will be on Capitol Hill this morning as Attorney General Merrick Garland is set to testify before the House Judiciary Committee regarding their oversight of the Department of Justice. Expect there to be some pointed questions, some heated exchanges — and likely some theatrics.

The House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The hearing, "Oversight of the U.S. Department of Justice," will examine how the Justice Department has become politicized and weaponized under the leadership of Attorney General Merrick Garland.
