The media is having trouble dealing with the Kilmar Abrego Garcia case.
We saw CNN and MSNBC wouldn't cover the heartbreaking and powerful remarks from Patty Morin about her daughter Rachel Morin getting killed by an illegal alien. She also blasted Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) for going to El Salvador and trying to see Abrego Garcia, while he showed no real concern for her daughter, who was an American citizen and Maryland constituent.
Then MSNBC cut away from President Donald Trump as he was listing some of the unsavory backstory on Abrego Garcia. Wouldn't do to have their audience hear that because it might destroy the narrative being pushed by the Democrats.

But when CNN tried to take on the case in a panel discussion, Scott Jennings and Trump-supporting journalist Batya Ungar-Sargon tag-teamed to knock the left's narrative.
Jennings just cooked Van Hollen and the Democrats for their position over this. "Boy the party of women is really covering themselves in glory tonight," he snarked. He said he doesn't understand why the American left falls in love with the worst people. Jennings said Abrego Garcia had an adjudicated deportation order, and you had Democrat public officials falling all over themselves trying to get him back here without thinking through the next step: that if they succeed, he will just get deported elsewhere. He's not going to get to stay, no matter what they do.
Then Ungar-Sargon argued that Abrego Garcia had had some due process during the course of all this, that "he did go through the court system."
Jennings expressed amazement that he came to the U.S. illegally so many years ago, yet he is still here after all that time before being sent to El Salvador.
When the panel tried to go after Trump (because that's what all this is about -- another way of trying to prop up the argument that Trump's authoritarian), Ungar-Sargon just nuked them.

"It would have been enough if Trump had only taken on Wall Street. It would have been enough if he had only taken on the gang-bangers. It would have been enough if he had only started reshoring manufacturing, if he had only gotten rid of this guy who [allegedly] beat his wife up, which, by the way, is a deportable offense. And yet he‘s done all of these things."
She continues, "I think most Americans look at that and they say, not that he‘s weaponizing things, but that he is fighting our fights for us.
That's when she lists the results of the CNN poll, showing about 56 percent of Americans supporting deporting all illegal aliens.

Ungar-Sargon concluded:
"Trump is winning this, and he‘s winning it because people feel like he is fighting for them.
The real emergency is that the American people are getting what they want.”
That last sentence is the part that really resonates with me, and that's why the Democrats are freaking out so much: the American people are getting what they want, Trump is trying to fulfill on all those promises. It's upending the Democrats and they don't like it.
