Elon Decimates Tim Walz With One Line After the Gov. Launches More Disgusting Attacks

Townhall Media

Even when Tim Walz is trying to clear up a Democratic problem, he seems to keep stepping in it.

He was speaking at a town hall in Youngstown, Ohio, this week. Why? He still seems to think he has some kind of national viability despite losing so badly. I'm not sure why Democrats would turn out for him, but I think that shows how desperate they are if they're looking for answers or leadership from him.

Walz was telling the audience that they shouldn't be demonizing people who were successful, i.e., the rich, even as Democrats continue to demonize them. It's another part of the "class warfare" the left is often pushing. Check out the weird squatting at the beginning of the clip, too.

"It's okay in America to be successful," he said. "We should celebrate that."

"What my beef is...once you get successful, don't be a greedy bastard and not pay your taxes," he said.

"We're creating a false narrative for them that everybody is super rich and has Lamborghinis and life is easy. But that's what we're going to have to figure out in our society about social media and all those things.

But I don't think we should be the party that demonizes someone because they're able to afford something...What we should demonize is people like Elon Musk and those people that do that. That's different."

But many Democrats don't celebrate success, and they do demonize the rich — except when they're accepting money from their billionaire donors and pretending that it's just Republicans who have billionaire donors.

But it's absolutely shameful what he's saying about Elon Musk here. You already have folks on the left attacking Teslas and making threats against Musk, and here Walz is saying he should be "demonized." That's just whipping up the false narrative the left is leveling against Musk. We've seen Walz play into that before, when he celebrated the Tesla stock going down in the midst of the threats against it. He didn't seem to care about it being an American company, with American workers, and something the Minnesota pension fund had invested in. But he obviously hasn't learned to hold his tongue as he goes down that road again with his Youngstown remarks.

Not only that, but during his remarks in Youngstown, Walz seemed to be suggesting that Musk wasn't paying his taxes. Not only isn't that true, but according to CNBC, he paid the largest individual tax bill in history of $12 billion in 2021.

Walz wants people to "demonize" an incredibly productive American who has greatly helped the country with things like SpaceX and DOGE. While Musk rescues our astronauts, Tim Walz spews venom at town halls. The comparison isn't even close.

Why isn't Walz in Minnesota pretending to govern instead of going on a national road tour?

If he thinks he's somehow keeping himself in the national running, he's deluding himself.  He just keeps reinforcing what a great thing it was that he was rejected in 2024.

Musk did him in with a one-line reply, saying Walz was great at "truth evasion."

Editor's Note: Elon Musk and DOGE are bringing much-needed accountability to our out-of-control bureaucracy as they take a chainsaw to rampant waste, fraud, and abuse.
