In this episode of Trump Derangement Syndrome Meltdown Moments…

Trump Derangement Syndrome is an insidious mental disease, America. I mean, think about it. By the time 83-year-old Nancy Pelosi finally gave up the Speaker’s gavel, her brain was riddled with the stuff — and the former Madam Speaker was far from alone. Consider ABC’s “The View” — the clown car of talk shows.

“The View” co-host Ana Navarro — who has laughably claimed she’s a Republican — suffered a near-histrionic meltdown on Monday’s episode of the Donald Trump-loathing show, which was hilarious, of course, but the cause of Ms. Navarro’s fit was the funniest part of all.

In the middle of squeeing with delight about the mountain of “receipts” held by the Department of Justice related to the federal indictment of the former president, Navarro suddenly went off over a particular DOJ photo taken during the FBI’s raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate: an image of a toilet — yeah, a toilet — in a bathroom containing multiple storage boxes. Can’t make it up, folks; don’t have to.

Anyway, the Mensa members Trump-loathing ladies, Whoopi Goldberg, Sunny Hostin, & Co., were beside themselves with smugness as they spewed bitter bile about the federal indictment, in which Trump is accused, in part, of illegally storing classified documents, but Navarro couldn’t help but obsess about the silly toilet, which hilariously set her off.

She began her little rant by talking about the so-called DOJ “receipts.”

I was amazed and surprised by the amount of receipts DOJ has. I have to tell you, I didn’t expect audio of Trump himself, I didn’t expect the amount of pictures, just the amount of detail that’s in that indictment is absolutely flabbergasting.

I also have to tell you, girl, I was shocked by that bathroom. I mean, this is an incredibly serious case. The amount of gravity of it cannot be underestimated.

But then … [Cue: “Jaws” music] … the toilet:

But people, have you seen that toilet? I mean, they don’t even sell those low to the ground toilets anymore. Using that toilet qualifies as a squat.

OK, so I don’t really want to picture Ana Navarro— never mind, let’s continue.

The poor woman was also beside herself over a “bare” box of Kleenex on the bathroom countertop.

And I mean, a bare Kleenex box? People pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to use that bathroom.

Got snoot, Ana? Damn, lighten up, girl.

Anyway, as the rest of America remains consumed with the Trump indictment itself and how the case will ultimately play out, it’s damn reassuring to know that ABC’s incisive, Pulitzer-worthy program “The View” [heavy sarc] is on it, gang — and pretend-Republican Ana Navarro is on Trump’s toilet.

OK, I suppose I could’ve phrased that differently, but you get the point.

The Bottom Line

From the alphabet media to the Trump haters on social media to left-wing talk radio and the clown show of TV, “The View,” left-wingers will continue to gnash their hypocritical teeth over the federal indictment of Donald Trump until — in their TDS-riddled dreams — the former president is tossed into a dank dungeon and the key is thrown away.

Never mind the mounting evidence that the current president of the United States was up to his lyin’ eyes in the Biden Family Business, about which the exact same outlets continue to their damnedest to ignore.
