As promised by Speaker Mike Johnson, the text of three bills the House of Representatives will take up this week - related to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan/PRC - was released Wednesday.

Johnson set the parameters for how these bills will be considered and announced that the text of two more bills will be released sometime Wednesday:
[T]he House Rules Committee will be posting soon today the text of three bills that will fund America’s national security interests and allies in Israel, the Indo-Pacific, and Ukraine, including a loan structure for aid, and enhanced strategy and accountability.
These will be brought to the floor under a structured rule that will allow for an amendment process, alongside a fourth bill that includes the REPO Act, TikTok bill, sanctions and other measures to confront Russia, China, and Iran.
Increasing accountability for Ukraine aid and making the funding a loan and not a gift (and an endless money pit of a gift at that) is a huge priority for Republicans. However, it seems that while the word "loan" made it into the document, there are some devils in the details.
But wait it gets even funnier.

If the president cancels Ukraine's debt, Congress can pass... wait for it... a resolution disproving of it!

Just what we need - a legislative process authorizing a complete clown show.
We'll have more details and reaction as RedState contributors dig through these bills, but we know you can't wait to read it all for yourself so we've got the text of these three bills below.
