There are going to be lots of corrals to meet the Presidential candidates. That’s the nature of it. They march in, they give speeches, and they leave.
In many of these events, if you pay extra, you get closer. You may pay even more and get a photo opportunity. Good luck getting a question answered.
That was one reason I wanted the RedState Gathering to be different. I wanted it to be for the grassroots. No paying extra to get extra face time or closer or photos, etc. The candidates need the grassroots and the grassroots should have an event for them. That’s the RedState Gathering.
I have invited the candidates to Atlanta on August 6th, 7th, and 8th. I’d like to invite you too. The night of the 6th there’ll be a welcome party and the main event will be on the 7th and 8th at the Intercontinental Buckhead in Atlanta.
The candidates are coming. You should come. At the RedState Gathering, you get to ask the candidates’ questions. They answer your questions. You meet grassroots activists around the country. And you prepare for the 2016 fight.
Today, being tax day, hopefully some of you will get a refund. Dare I suggest you allot some of it to come to Atlanta in August? Come grab a beer or a glass of bourbon with me, hear the candidates, and meet some other great conservatives too. I bet you might see Nikki Haley. You might even seen [mc_name name=’Rep. Jim Bridenstine (R-OK)’ chamber=’house’ mcid=’B001283′ ]. And there are plenty of others coming.
Register here and I’ll see you there.
