The Left Is Ripping Off Any Semblance of a Mask and Calling for All-Out Murder of Republicans

Not that we didn't know that's what they wanted, but at least they're starting to be more honest about it.

A viral post from a man named Nicholas Decker is going around that suggests a wild solution to the issue of Trump and conservatives: Just start killing them.

Before I begin, I need to point out that Decker isn't just some random internet denizen. He's an economics PhD student at George Mason University, and continuing the trend of proving that having a higher education doesn't make you any smarter. Moreover, as you can see, his profile features him wearing fox ears, and sporting both an LGBT and Ukraine flag in his bio.

I spent a bit trying to figure out whether he's a parody account, but it seems he's entirely serious.

Diving into his post on Substack, Decker argues that "evil has come to America," and it came in the form of Trump and his supporters. He says that Trump is ignoring the orders of the court system and "deprived us, in many cases, of trial by jury; it has subjected us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and has transported us beyond seas to be imprisoned for pretended offenses."

But Decker is tired of just voicing his outrage, he wants to take action! He suggests he and his like-minded TDS sufferers start killing people:

If the present administration chooses this course, then the questions of the day can be settled not with legislation, but with blood and iron. In short, we must decide when we must kill them. None of us wish for war, but if the present administration wishes to destroy the nation I would accept war rather than see it perish. I hope that you would choose the same.

He continues by saying killing Trump wouldn't be enough, a lot of people are going to have to die.

"For let us make no mistake; the problem is not one man, but a whole class of people. If one head is cut off, another would take its place," wrote Decker.

I want to be clear that I'm not altering the quotes in any way. He really is writing like this.

Decker encourages people to keep protesting, not because it's effectual (it's not) but because it allows people to coordinate and make connections. Moreover, he says that a timeframe needs to be created, because action must be taken at some point in order to stop America from falling into the hands of a dictator:

And when is that time? Your threshold may differ from mine, but you must have one. If the present administration should cancel elections; if it should engage in fraud in the electoral process; if it should suppress the speech of its opponents, and jail its political adversaries; if it ignores the will of Congress; if it should directly spurn the orders of the court; all these are reasons for revolution. It may be best to stave off, and wait for elections to throw out this scourge; but if it should threaten the ability to remove it, we shall have no choice. We will have to do the right thing. We will have to prepare ourselves to die. I hope that we should conduct ourselves with such courage that it will be our finest hour; I expect that we shall do our duty.

PhD student.

Where was this energy during the Biden administration, when the Democrats were pretty much doing everything Decker is describing?

The rest is fluff about hoping things don't get that far, but he ends the piece with "harden your hearts, and be prepared to die."

Let's break this down for what it really is. The left lost an election and their response is to get violent as punishment for not getting their way, and I consider this absolutely a horrendous take, as it encourages people to murder others in the name of political disagreement.

Normally, I would say something like this would just be laughed off, but the left has become unhinged as of late; I don't want to assume there isn't a handful out there that just needed this little nudge to start the bloodshed.

But that said, I don't think Decker understands much about the world around him. Not only is Trump not guilty of the things Decker is accusing him of, he doesn't quite get that the anti-Trump side aren't exactly the ones with the guns. The moment these people truly start trying to do anything close to warfare is the day the war ends, and the U.S. military wouldn't even have to get involved.

The American people, many of whom are conservative, would have these enemies crushed, driven before them, and hearing the lamentations of their they/thems. Jethro in north Georgia would later recall the day the left went to war with America as "the most fun day I ever seent."

But all jokes aside, I'm not worried that the left will actually try to go to war and start killing conservatives left and right. Most are too cowardly and have no idea how a gun works. What I'm worried about are the psychopaths that do, and while they're fewer and far between, they're definitely out there, and they don't need encouragement.
