"Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" is just the new phrase that describes institutionally approved racism against a race, a sex, or even a sexuality, and has been such a plague on the United States that it's resulted in the loss of trillions of dollars across corporations, the loss of trust in our institutions, and uncountable numbers of lost job opportunities for those that truly deserve them.
Unsurprisingly, the left is the largest proponent of DEI, as it doesn't just fit their ideological outlook on society — which includes viewing people through the lens of "oppressed" and oppressor" — but it also allows them to get people into places of high power and influence, even if they have no experience, merit, or talent to be in said position.
When Donald Trump took office, he came down on this racist, sexist, and meritless issue, effectively banning it from use in the government. Since then, the left's been wailing, rending clothing, and gnashing teeth. They're desperate to get it back into practice, because its practice was integral to securing power for themselves.

Jasmine Crockett, for instance, is a huge DEI proponent.
On Wednesday, the Democrat Texas congresswoman posted to X effectively stating that the 2024 election proves DEI is necessary because Kamala Harris only lost due to racism:

Crockett is a beneficiary of DEI, and she proves just how helpful it is to society every single day. Legislatively, she is a lot of bluster and fiery moments, but she's not exactly been helpful in terms of helping to get laws passed, with only two on the books she's been a part of so far. These two bills include being a part of a national Parkinson's initiative directive, and renaming a post-office.
Mostly, her job just seems to consist of being oppositional to Republicans, and being overtly ridiculous about it.
And this kind of defines DEI, really. It's just a tool to complicate matters for the United States of America, foment racism, accuse people of social sins, and put people into positions they have no business being in, all in the name of pulling the "oppressed" upward.
In short, it's just Marxism.
Crockett — indeed anyone who believes as she does — either don't see the forest for the trees and understand that this is just racism and sexism dressed as fairness, or they do understand exactly what it is.
If it's the latter, then they know full well they're pushing Marxism and lying to the people while they do it, and if that's the case, then I have to reiterate something I said in my last VIP piece; these people are not your fellow Americans, they are your enemies.

DEI has to be eliminated from our country, and not just culturally, but legally. It is discrimination. It is meritless elevation. It punishes the innocent and elevates the undeserving based on identity. It can, and will, destroy a country if left unchecked.
