Ultimately, the attack on Russell Brand wasn't just about Brand. It was about Rumble and trying to get Rumble to turn on its own users and creators by censoring people the left didn't like. 

Not only did Rumble's owners refuse to comply, but they went on the offensive, launching lawsuits against two people connected to Media Matters as well as a lawsuit against Google. Unsurprisingly, the left returned fire by attempting to hamper Rumble's ability to make money by making their website borderline unusable. 

It's absolutely infuriating, and not just on a personal level. Yeah, I hate missing out on my streams and so do the people who like watching my show, but it's also infuriating because the kind of enemy I, and many of us in America face, is an enemy who are cowards at their core. 

Those on the left who make it their business to censor and silence everyone else only do so because they know that their arguments can't survive when challenged. Their points can only survive in a vacuum and thrive by preying on ignorance. 

This is why they are constantly attempting to control the flow of information. This is why they work so hard to insert their political ideology into established franchises, comic book characters, movies, and more. They know that without some sort of assistance, everything about their beliefs falls flat. The most dangerous thing in the world to a leftist is someone who's been exposed to the real world. 

So they appropriate art, they censor people on social media, and they DDOS attack sites like Rumble. 

They tell themselves they're doing it because they're stopping evil, but we all know the real truth. They're doing it because they're terrified of losing control of the minds and hearts of the people. The only solution they have is to shut everyone else up. 

It's pure, unadulterated cowardice. 

I don't ever claim to be the smartest guy in the room. I've had my mind changed about things a myriad of times. I'm willing to chat, debate, and listen because that's what people are supposed to to grow as people. But the left isn't interested in understanding the world around them. They shelter in their ideological bubbles and lash out at anyone who remotely threatens to burst it. 

They claim that they're doing it to stop misinformation and lies or stop the spread of hate. 

There's a quote from "Game of Thrones" where the character Tyrion explains this ridiculous idea well enough. 

“When you tear out a man's tongue, you are not proving him a liar, you're only telling the world that you fear what he might say.”
