In a themed episode this time around we manage to see rampant support in the press for rather disturbing topics and stories. We have to first look into the widespread support for Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the deported illegal immigrant who has become the focal point of Democrat sympathy and media outrage. The press continues to simply frame him as a "Maryland father" (with Axios even casting him as a "constituent"), all while ignoring the laundry list of evidence of his gang work and other disturbing facts.
Next is a look into the coverage of the firebomb attack on the home of Governor Josh Shapiro. ABC News and CNN chose to "accurately" describe the attacker's opposition to Shapiro and Joe Biden -- and they chose to avoid many other disqualifying facts. As more was learned about who this man was, the reporting evaporated faster than moonshine left out in the July sun.
To close, we have to cover the deeply disturbing special delivered by CNN's resident extremism correspondent. Donie O'Sullivan sat down with Taylor Lorenz, and after listening to her bubble-head swooning over a confessed assassin, he declares that violent extremism is hardly even seen from the Left. It is staggering that CNN let this embarrassment on the air.
Now, crack one open and savor some outmoded media malpractice and misinformation.
