The second most popular phrase these days, besides "Merry Christmas," seems to be "January 20 can't come soon enough." As the 2024 election showed us, Americans are just plain sick and tired of Biden-Harris liberal policies. They soundly rejected things like woke and transgender ideology being shoved down their throats. But soon, the incoming Trump administration will see to it that all of those insane woke policies, including one that is one of the most outrageous, will definitely be going away.
The number of gays and lesbians who are pissed off and done with this LGBTQIA+ nonsense are growing exponentially by the day. We’re just getting started and we’re gonna get a lot louder. Enough is enough. #LGBWithoutTheTQ

So, what kid wouldn't be on board with being paid to skip school? Not many. Well, the juvenile delinquents running the Biden administration understand that and came up with this: The Biden administration, through the National Institute for Health (NIH), funded a program to the tune of $2.5 million. Around one dozen schools recruited students to participate in a 10-week long "intervention" program to help young people who identify as LGBTQ to “cope with the effects of minority stress," says the grant description. Translation: yanking your kid out of class to train them how to become LGBTQ activists.

So, just exactly how is little Johnny being morphed into an LGBTQ junior ideologue? Well, the intervention titled "Proud and Empowered" (P&E) is made up of several sessions with titles like "Coming Out, Disclosure And Decision Making" and "Families Of Origin And The Families We Create." Another lesson instructs students to read articles “that display LGBTQ+ youth leadership in their local community." Examples of this would include high school students who lead their classmates in walk-outs and marches. The fun part includes an LGBTQ+ history video and a "queer history" Jeopardy game. Can't make it up.
The best part of this, out in the open indoctrination, is that students do not appear to need any sort of parental permission; how convenient. Researchers claim they asked for a waiver for parental permission because it was feared that permission slips might “put some sexual minority youth at risk regarding disclosure of their sexual orientation to their parents." In addition, the study protocol stated that “This may then place these youth at risk for parental harassment, abuse, or expulsion from the parental home." No. What they were afraid of was parents finding out about the program.
But also, conveniently, it wasn't just the students who were cashing in. While students received $75 gift cards, school staff could receive $1,000, and schools themselves could receive $4,000 honorariums. The goal with the honorariums, says P&E, is that they will go to “improving LGBTQ+ programming and support.”
As if all this weren't enough, here is where things get downright creepy. In all, 24 Los Angeles area high schools would be participating in the program, but only half the students would actually receive the intervention. The other half was labeled a "control group" that would not be receiving it. Because nothing says your kids are some kind of freakish science experiment quite like calling them a control group.
Got a look at my daughter’s homework.

This was my immediate message to her teacher, just now.
“I’m less than pleased that you are using English class to slip in LGBTQ activism. Please be aware that I’m watching, and if this becomes a trend, we can arrange a meeting with the…
However, the P&E website appeared to be walking back the fact that kids would be able to skip their regular classes in place of LGBTQ intervention sessions. It goes on to explain that:
“The primary role of the school involves recruiting 8-12 LGBTQ+ students to participate in the intervention once a week for 10 weeks. Intervention sessions may take place during periods throughout the day, in a homeroom period, or a lunch break.”
While it is quite obvious what this is, the grant description for the program reads like your run-of-the-mill university gibberish.
“When schools lack SGM [sexual and gender minority] bullying policies, SGM students are more likely to report suicidality than peers in schools with protective policies. Studies also indicate that SGM victimization is more common in schools that lack protective policies and resources such as gender and sexuality alliances (GSAs), SGM-specific antibullying guidelines, teacher and staff training, and openly supportive allies.”
The grant description went on to say that the intervention program was expected to
“a) reduce minority stress; b) improve behavioral health and coping along SGM; and c) create sustainable change in school climate to improve the health of this high need population of youth.”
While the Biden administration had no problem financing this program to keep LGBTQ activists happy, it seems as if it would be the poster child for exactly the kind of government waste and abuse that the Department of Government Efficiency might want to target and put among the top items worthy of immediate slashing.
Thankfully, as of January 20, America's schoolchildren will no longer be guinea pigs for indoctrination programs such as this.

LGBTQ activism and media have *created* a crisis in LGBTQ youth, lying to them that they're being attacked, having their rights taken and in constant headlines they're terrified and harming themselves.
