On Sunday, White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security Advisor Stephen Miller appeared on Fox News with Bill Hemmer to discuss the ongoing case of one Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged MS 13 member who was repatriated to El Salvador according to a legal removal order. Mr. Miller not only laid out the details of why Abrego Garcia will be staying where he is, but he administered some lessons to the left - and to activist judges - about the concept of a sovereign nation.
🚨 BOOM! Top Trump advisor Stephen Miller just went BERSERK for 3 minutes straight on Fox over the media narrative that Trump must bring home Kilmar Abrego Garcia from El Salvador.

Florida's Voice host Eric Daugherty breaks it down for us:
Miller perfectly debunked this ENTIRE claim that Garcia's deportation was an "error." This entire thing is a MASTERCLASS.
"We won the Supreme Court case. Clearly, 9-0, a district court judge said, unconscionably, that the president and his administration have to go into El Salvador and extradite one of their citizens, an El Salvadorian citizen - that would be kidnapping."
"That we have to kidnap an El Salvadorian citizen against the will of his government and fly him back to America, which would be an unimaginable act and an invasion of El Salvador's sovereignty. So he appealed to the Supreme Court and it said - clearly, no district court can compel the president to exercise his Article II foreign powers."
"DOJ called me after that Supreme Court ruling and they said, this is amazing. We won this case nine zero. We are an excellent standing here. So this has been portrayed wrong for 72 hours in the media."
Being inaccurately portrayed in the legacy media is nothing new for anyone associated with the Trump administration or, indeed, anyone to the right of Nikita Sergeyevich Khrushchev. But for many years, Republicans just meekly took it. Not anymore.
And this seems, to this layman, to be an open-and-shut matter. We have an El Salvadoran citizen who was in the United States illegally. There was a deportation order filed. He was repatriated, sent back to the country where he is actually a citizen. That country, due to Abrego Garcia's affiliation with MS 13, dropped him into the Terrorism Confinement Center. It's an El Salvadoran prison run by the sovereign nation of El Salvador. (The one hiccup in all of this being that Abrego Garcia, while subject to that order of removal, also had an "order of withholding removal" that prohibited his being sent back to El Salvador, which even the administration has acknowledged was by mistake.)
The American courts have no say in what goes on in El Salvador. Assuming that El Salvador isn't willing to send Abrego Garcia back - what, then, is to be done?
The fact of the matter is that Kilmar Abrego Garcia is arguably where he belongs - in El Salvador, the country where he holds citizenship, and he is subject to their jurisdiction, not that of the United States. It matters not a jot what he did or didn't do while he was illegally in the United States. It only matters that his deporation was legally done, and now he is in the hands of his government, the government of El Salvador, which is, again, a sovereign nation.
That's all there is to it.

The interview concludes:
Bill Hemmer: "Are you convinced he is still a member of MS-13? That was your original charge."
Stephen Miller: "Yes. But here's the thing, Bill. Yes, but not only am I convinced of it, not only is El Salvador convinced of it. Bill, he's an illegal alien from El Salvador with a deportation order! So his only options in life, Bill, his only options in life are to be deported to El Salvador or to be deported to some other country. That's IT."
That is indeed it; there's really nothing more to say about it, except this: Keep it up!

Thanks to President Trump, illegal immigration into our great country has virtually stopped. Despite the radical left's lies, new legislation wasn't needed to secure our border, just a new president.
