The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) published a story Thursday confirming what everyone already knew: Joe Biden has long suffered from senility, and his wife, staffers, the Democrat Party, and the lapdog media did everything they could to hide his age-related mental decline. They knew it when he announced his run for the presidency, they knew it when he took the oath of office, and they knew it throughout his entire term.
The story is full of disturbing anecdotes about how Biden's schedule was often truncated because he simply wasn't able to attend to the duties of the presidency, with even top military advisors not having access to him ahead of consequential actions like the Afghanistan withdrawal. The rare times they let Biden in front of the cameras, his every line and move was scripted for fear his message would be overshadowed by a verbal gaffe or unexpected wander around the stage in bemusement.
Despite their best efforts, we all saw it, and we knew exactly what we were seeing. Our president was not fit for office, and the Democrat Party was propping him up.
But, if you had tuned into MSNBC, CNN, or any manner of corporate media outlets—not that you did, of course, except for sport—you might have thought that the octogenarian occupant of the Oval Office was fit as a fiddle, on top of his game, never better. He could ride a bicycle, after all, and lick an ice cream cone like a champ. And, wow, isn't he cool in his aviators and leather jacket?
RedState's Sister Toldjah summed up the media's duplicity nicely:
It's undeniable at this point that the mainstream media was, collectively, an active participant in the cover-up of President Joe Biden's declining health, starting before he officially became the Democrat nominee in 2020 and continuing until the disastrous June 2024 presidential debate with Donald Trump (and the immediate aftermath) when they couldn't cover (up) for Biden anymore.
What was particularly insulting to the intelligence of the American people was the fact that so many in the mainstream media, including NBC News resident Democrat apologist Chuck Todd, feigned shock after the debate, acting as though they didn't see it coming.
In the wake of the WSJ article, the glare of the spotlight is now on the Democrat Party apparatchiks in the media for the role they all played in perpetrating The Big Lie about Joe Biden's (in)competency. It wasn't a victimless crime, as I'm sure the Abbey Gate families will tell you.
Two of the worst offenders were MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace and CNN's Brian "Spudz" Stelter. Let's revisit some of their bald-faced lies about Biden.

These two shameless hacks should be hanging their heads in shame, but being a Democrat shill means never having to apologize.
Despite any impotent claims the media may make indicating they were blindsided by the news that Biden was so mentally unfit—they weren't—the only thing that has blindsided them is the win by Donald Trump and the fact that their brand of "journalism" is as outdated as pay phones and fax machines.
So, where does that leave them? How do they handle a second Trump administration that they tried their darnedest to prevent from happening? By pouring even more water into their sinking boat, of course.
The Nicolle Wallaces and Brian Stelters who lied to you about Joe Biden's mental decline are going to lie to you and the world about Donald Trump's non-existent age-related issues. They are going to paint Trump as old, weak, and infirm every chance they get. Yes, the robust man whose jam-packed campaign and interview schedule put the much younger Kamala Harris to shame is going to be portrayed as a doddering old fool. We all know what a doddering old fool looks like, and it's not Donald Trump.
To be fair, we have been seeing a new Donald Trump emerge this year. Years of being targeted by the Deep State and the left with house raids, baseless lawsuits, and assassination attempts have undoubtedly changed the man, and for the better.
Don't mistake sober and serious for old and weak, though. Trump has an ambitious agenda to pass, axes to grind, and only four years to make it all happen. Things are going to be coming in so hot and fast that hacks like Wallace and Stelter won't be able to keep up.
