So this weekend I wrote about an overheard conversation, where New Jersey Governor Chris Christie was described as “livid” over not being rewarded with the VP slot by Trump.

I suppose I would be, as well, had I spent an equivalent amount of time sacrificing my dignity on the gilded altar of Trump.

None of that, however, kept Christie from showing up at the RNC convention today, with all the infectious enthusiasm this Trump nomination deserves.

Ouch. To be fair, however, the entire nation will be looking like that after the election. There are no winners, here.
