While storing classified documents in your garage approaches peak stupidity, the problems with keeping documents in a closet at the Penn Biden Center need more attention.

Just to recap a bit of history, the Biden Crime Family has deep financial ties to Communist China. You’ll recall that Joe Biden allowed his wildly corrupt, dissolute, drug-addled git Hunter to accompany him on an official trip to Communist China aboard Air Force Two. Hunter, who has roughly the business experience of my dog, returned with a “private equity” deal worth an estimated $1.5 billion (President Trump Ratchets Up the Pressure On Joe Biden’s Involvement In Hunter Biden’s Rampant Grifting ). Not only did Hunter bring home the bacon, but he also cut a deal that allowed his “private equity” company to be the first Western company allowed to do business under its own management in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone. Just last year, the New York Post reported that Communist China had made a substantial contribution to the Biden Crime Family coffers. Some of the prominent donors were not just random Chinese investors; they were investors with extensive ties to the Chinese intelligence services.

For those wondering why Joe Biden is soft on China, consider this never-before-reported revelation: The Biden family has done five deals in China totaling some $31 million arranged by individuals with direct ties to Chinese intelligence — some reaching the very top of China’s spy agency.

Indeed, every known deal that the Biden family enjoyed with Beijing was reached courtesy of individuals with spy ties. And Joe Biden personally benefited from his family’s foreign deals.

None of this was deemed worthy of reporting by our political press because, in 2020, their main concerns were mean tweets and OrangeManBad.

Now, let’s look at the founding of the Penn Biden Center.

Within weeks of leaving the vice presidency under former President Barack Obama in January 2017, Biden became the “Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor” at the University of Pennsylvania, an honorary position, and the “Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement” was launched in Washington, D.C., the next year.

On April 25, 2016, Creative Artists Agency (CAA) agent Craig Gering emailed Hunter with “confidential notes from our meeting,” in which Gering listed apparent plans that were discussed for the vice president upon leaving office.

One of those plans included “wealth creation,” with no further explanation, and another included an apparent reference to the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C., with a possible job opportunity for Hunter.

“The Biden Institute of Foreign Relations at the University of Pennsylvania,” Gering’s email read. “Focus on foreign policy. In addition to the institute at U of Penn, the school has an existing office in DC that will be expanded to house a DC office for VP Biden (and Mike, Hunter and Steve?). Operates like The Clinton Global Initiative without the money raise.”

“Wealth creation.” Hmmm. I wonder what that is?

So the Penn Biden Center was created for a few purposes. First, it provided employment to Democrat apparatchiks who were between teats to suck on. It gave Biden a no-show job as an honorary professor and free office space. According to my colleague Nick Arama (More Info on Biden Classified Documents and Who Else Was Connected to the Center):

At least 10 senior Biden administration officials also worked at the Penn Biden Center since Biden opened the think tank in 2018, including Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Colin Kahl, and White House counselor Steven Richetti. Blinken and Richetti were both managing directors of the Center, while Kahl was a strategic consultant.

And it acted as a money laundering operation to enrich the Biden Crime Family.

Penn took in roughly $77 million in gifts and contracts from China between 2014 and 2020, The Daily Pennsylvanian previously reported. Further, the Washington Free Beacon noted that foreign donations to the university tripled in the two years following the Biden Center’s opening in 2017, with most of the money coming from China.

Penn also struggled to explain a $3 million donation from 2019 from a Hong Kong shell company tied to Chinese national and businessman Xu Xeuqing. A university spokesperson previously said the donation came from Chinese national Xin Zhou, but the Free Beacon reported it could not identify a connection between Xin and Nice Famous Corporation Limited, where the gift originated.

The university also received at least $12.8 million in gifts from China between March 2020 and June 2022, according to a review of the Department of Education’s foreign gift reporting database. Additionally, the university reported at least $2.8 million in China contracts between July 2020 and January 2022.

As the New York Post says in its headline, Penn Biden Center where classified papers were found is a ‘dark-money nightmare’. But it was more than a “dark money nightmare,” it looks like a continuation of the Chinese financial ties to Joe Biden and his clan.

That calls into question why classified documents were stored in an unsecured storage facility.

The amount of Chinese money donated to the University of Pennsylvania since the founding of the Penn Biden Center, $47.7 million, raises a lot of questions.

One of the first acts by Joe Biden as president was to dismiss espionage cases against Chinese nationals brought by President Trump’s Justice Department (Joe Biden’s Justice Department Dismisses Prosecutions of Accused Chinese Agents and I’m Sure There Is Nothing to See Here). After the Penn Biden Center faculty signed a letter asking that Biden shut down President Trump’s counterintelligence efforts targeting Chinese influence and intellectual property theft at US universities, Biden did just that (Joe Biden’s Justice Department Shuts Down China-Focused Counterintelligence Programs Because Hurt Feelings Matter).

So we have a president with extensive personal and familial financial ties to China. (My personal view is that China has compromised both Joe and Hunter, and Hunter is so deeply enmeshed in criminal sexual conduct carried out in China that Biden can’t confront China without sending Hunter to prison. That is a different story, though.) A “think tank” is set up for Biden, relying heavily on Chinese money. The faculty of that center successfully lobbied to shut down an effective counterintelligence program targeting Chinese influence. Highly classified documents were stored in that facility in a way that made them vulnerable to compromise.

Given the complete picture, the odds of the documents retained by Biden at the Penn Biden Center being compromised approach certainty. While it is nice that Garland has appointed a special counsel (Special Counsel Appointed to Probe Joe Biden, White House Lied About Second Trove of Classified Documents), if this is considered to be a mishandling of documents affair and not approached as a counterintelligence probe, we can classify this as a whitewash.
