Last week my colleague, Moe Lane, wrote about the utterly out of control Wisconsin district attorney named John Chisholm. Chisholm is a semi-intelligent Democrat party hack who has made the mission of his miserable, little piss-ant life the harrying of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker. His tool of choice had been the use of a “John Doe” investigation. This tool, which allows Chisholm to investigate whomever he wants on whatever charges that cause pulsing in his nether regions, resulted in a series of raids that would have made the Stasi proud, or maybe envious.

THEY CAME WITH A BATTERING RAM.” Cindy Archer, one of the lead architects of Wisconsin’s Act 10 — also called the “Wisconsin Budget Repair Bill,” it limited public-employee benefits and altered collective-bargaining rules for public-employee unions — was jolted awake by yelling, loud pounding at the door, and her dogs’ frantic barking. The entire house — the windows and walls — was shaking.

It was indeed a home invasion, but the people who were pouring in were Wisconsin law-enforcement officers. Armed, uniformed police swarmed into the house. Plainclothes investigators cornered her and her newly awakened family. Soon, state officials were seizing the family’s personal property, including each person’s computer and smartphone, filled with the most intimate family information.

Why were the police at Anne’s home? She had no answers. The police were treating them the way they’d seen police treat drug dealers on television.

In fact, TV or movies were their only points of reference, because they weren’t criminals. They were law-abiding. They didn’t buy or sell drugs. They weren’t violent. They weren’t a danger to anyone. Yet there were cops — surrounding their house on the outside, swarming the house on the inside. They even taunted the family as if they were mere “perps.”

As if the home invasion, the appropriation of private property, and the verbal abuse weren’t enough, next came ominous warnings. Don’t call your lawyer.

This was all part of a campaign by the out of control, lunatic, fascistic John Chisholm to turn free speech into potentially a capital offense. Not all free speech. Just free speech that helped get Scott Walker elected governor. As Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke says

“Chisholm has turned into a hyper-partisan politician instead of being a law enforcement officer by abandoning his duty to protect law abiding society. He has turned the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office into an institution of government that puts partisan politics ahead of protecting society from violent career criminals. He has gone soft on criminals and tough on political adversaries.”

Fortunately, most of the courts that have reviewed this bizarre monomania by John Chisholm, behavior that could very well be diagnosable by mental health professionals, have laughed the allegations and process out of court. Over the weekend, Scott Walker was in Iowa. Naturally, the subject of Chisholm’s Gestapo-like actions came up and Governor Walker commented:

That changed Saturday after Walker on Friday spoke to WHO-AM in Des Moines about a recent report in the National Review detailing a 2011 police raid on the home of Walker aide Cindy Archer and ones in 2013 on those working for groups supporting him.

“I said even if you’re a liberal Democrat, you should look at (the raids) and be frightened to think that if the government can do that against people of one political persuasion, they can do it against anybody, and more often than not we need protection against the government itself,” Walker told the radio station.

“As (the National Review) pointed out, there were real questions about the constitutionality of much of what they did, but it was really about people trying to intimidate people…” Walker said.

“They were looking for just about anything. As I pointed out at the time, it was largely a political witch hunt.”

John Chisholm was not amused. In fact, he was in full panty-wadded, sandy-crotch status:

“As to defamatory remarks, I strongly suspect the Iowa criminal code, like Wisconsin’s, has provisions for intentionally making false statements intended to harm the reputation of others,” Chisholm said in a statement Saturday responding to Walker’s comments.

This assclown threatened the governor with criminal charges for stating what several federal judges have said. Chisholm was directing a political witch hunt, a partisan vendetta, against Scott Walker and his supporters. Apparently, he’s never bothered to read the US Constitution or much of anything else.

In a just society, a cheap thug like John Chisholm would be horsewhipped at the ‘tail of a cart,” tarred, feathered, and ridden out of town on a rail. Failing that, Chisholm needs to be held personally liable for his actions and he and his family should be driven into poverty.
