WHAT'S ON TAP?
Today on Capitol Hill...

White House What's Up
President Joe Biden remains at Camp David, where he's juicing gearing up for Thursday's debate with former President Donald Trump. Because the man who's held public office since 1972 — save that four-year post-Obama stint as the Big Guy a private citizen — and who's been the nation's chief executive for the past three-and-a-half years needs all sorts of preparation to face off against the Bad Orange Man for 90 minutes with a friendly host/moderating team, no live audience, and controlled mics.
Full Court Press...
Trump's legal team is back in court Monday before Judge Aileen Cannon in the Southern District of Florida to present arguments regarding Jack Smith's appointment and the Appropriations Clause in the morning. In the afternoon, Cannon will hear arguments on Smith's motion to modify the conditions of Trump's release.
