In the ongoing drama of the origins of SARS-CoV-2, we’ve covered that Fauci lied about funding research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, that he lied about the type of research they were conducting, that he lied about the research being conducted by Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina, about what EcoHealth Alliance Funding was for, that EcoHealth Alliance has lied about the type of research they conduct, that Peter Daszak lied about the type of research conducted at the WIV, and in my most recent piece, pointed out that Daszak was un-scientifically and absent any evidence, running defense against the lab-leak theory as early as January 2020. (before the WHO had even started their investigation, and long before Vanity Fair decided to join the party).
It seems that sometime around the end of 2020/beginning of 2021 people started being allowed (by FB, Twitter, and the MSM who all ran defense for China since the beginning of the pandemic) to question the origins of SARS-CoV-2. People began asking how a virus which supposedly was from a cave 900 miles from Wuhan suddenly jumped to humans, but failed to infect a single person for 900 miles, only to then infect someone just a few blocks from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The natural zoonotic event actually takes more leaps of faith than does that of the lab-leak theory.
Now the very same publication that published Peter Daszak’s contrived cover-up letter is organizing a task force to examine and investigate the origins of COVID 19.
The Task Force is described as follows:
Origins, Early Spread of the Pandemic, and One Health Solutions to Future Pandemic Threats
This Task Force will focus on analyzing data on all of the theories put forward on the origins of COVID, on the reasons why SARS-CoV-2 was able to break out of Wuhan and spread globally, and on the most plausible strategies to prevent future pandemics. The Task Force will review thoroughly and objectively all publicly available evidence, particularly the peer-reviewed literature, and conduct interviews with key leaders in science, medicine, policy and civil society. The Task Force will assess the validity of evidence, the weight of evidence, and the gaps in our understanding for each key question and issue. The Task Force will report to the wider Commission and the final Commission report will be independently peer reviewed and published by The Lancet. Experts and interested parties are strongly encouraged to submit evidence to the Task Force and this will be reviewed as part of the deliberations. If you have evidence to review, please email [email protected].
There’s just one problem with this task force: It is chaired by….. Peter Daszak.
Yes, that Peter Daszak. The same Peter Daszak whose EcoHealth Alliance has funded and conducted gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology alongside Shi Zhengli on the very virus that likely served as the backbone for SARS-CoV-2. The same Peter Daszak who orchestrated the letter that has served as the scientific defense against the lab-leak theory for more than a year. The very man who may have the blood of 3.5 million people on his hands.
But it doesn’t stop there.
Each of the 12 people named as members of the Commission is as conflicted as Daszak. Six of them were co-authors on the Lancet cover-up letter from February 2020: Peter Daszak, Hume Field, Gerald Keusch, Sai Kit Lam, Stanley Pearlman, and Linda Saif (who also helped to draft the Lancet Letter). A seventh, Dr. Danielle Anderson, was a source on a “Health Feedback” article used by Facebook as a “fact-check” on lab release posts. John Amuasi participated in an infectious disease workshop with Peter Daszak in February 2021. Then we have Carlos de Neves, who participated in a forum with Daszak in 2020 about the origins of COVID-19 and other potential outbreaks. Isabella Eckerle and Malik Peiris were sourced (as was Peter Daszak) in an article in September 2020, which only accepted the natural zoonotic event theory. Rounding out the 12, Supaporn Wacharapluesadee (and again Peter Daszak) was also sourced in an article defending the natural zoonotic event theory.
With Daszak as the chair of this task force, was there any doubt he would surround himself with anyone who would question his narrative? Every single member of this committee which is supposed to analyze “data on all of the theories put forward on the origins of COVID,” is already in the bag for a natural zoonotic event. How could Lancet or anyone else take any result from this group seriously? Is this what they consider to be “objective?”
The saga continues, and more emails are being released. This is starting to get real, folks.
