Media Lie Gets Vaporized As CNN Data Guru Reveals Trump Voter Regret Exists Only in a ‘Fanciful Universe’

Regrets, they've had a few. No, not supporters of President Donald Trump—the media covering him.

CNN's resident data guru, Harry Enten, tossed a wet blanket on a persistent media theory that voters who cast their ballot for Trump wished they hadn't.

The buyer's remorse theory has been squashed.

Enten, during a segment on "CNN News Central," presented polling data indicating that a paltry two percent of Republican voters "would vote differently” if they had to do it all over again.

That's despite the stock market scare-mongering. Despite the coverage indicating that the president is destroying democracy. The favorable coverage of "fighting oligarchy" rallies as some sort of grassroots campaign against him.

Trump supporters are standing by their man.

“I hear all these stories, all these articles, ‘All the Trump voters, they regret what they did back in 2024.’ I’m here to tell you, uh uh. Very few of them regret what they did back in 2024," Enten told viewers.

Enten notes that the percentage of the "regret" vote among Trump supporters and those who cast their vote for Kamala Harris is nearly identical.

He went on to argue that if the election were held today, the results would almost assuredly be the same.

“So if there was a repeat, if folks got to be able to redo their vote that they had back in 2024, would the result be any different? I doubt it would be," he said. "I doubt it would be, or it would still be extremely close."

Despite the Infighting, the Worry, and the Media's Best Efforts, Trump Still Gains Popularity

Enten proceeded to make a historical comparison and found very little "regret" after the 2016 election as well.

“So the bottom line is this: If there’s some idea out there that Trump voters are going around, ‘Man, I wish I had voted for Kamala Harris instead of Donald Trump,’ the numbers say that is a fanciful universe,” he chided. “It really, for the most part, does not exist.”

To be fair, most CNN viewers and Harris supporters are permanently locked inside a fanciful universe, one in which reality does not exist.

Many of the legacy media's claims have been based on unverified social media anecdotes or small focus groups, which simply do not reflect broader trends in the data presented by Enten.

MSNBC in early March argued, "It’s becoming increasingly common to see reports in which Americans are quoted saying, 'I voted for Trump last election, but...'"

Buzzfeed and its idiotic listicle authors came up with 16 alleged individuals who were experiencing the so-called Trump regret. Of those 16 people, 15 were anonymous while the other had a profile name of "zery."

These outlets, of course, are overstating non-existent regret to push an anti-Trump narrative. Supporters of the president, especially the base, remain almost universally loyal.
