The US and The UK Burning The Unborn Future To Fuel The Present

Burning Tomorrow To Feed The Now
Burning Tomorrow To Feed The Now

So what would we give up to have it all today instead of tomorrow? A question such as that solicits information regarding an individual’s time preference. It is commonly theorized that time preference and concern over the future are inversely proportional. If you value the now, you can quote John Maynard Keynes regarding the long run. At some point concern over the future is no longer existent. Perhaps this explains the phenomenon Streiff described occurring in the UK as the NIH perpetrates its latest outrage against same humanity.

The bodies of thousands of aborted and miscarried babies were incinerated as clinical waste, with some even used to heat hospitals, an investigation has found. Ten NHS trusts have admitted burning foetal remains alongside other rubbish while two others used the bodies in ‘waste-to-energy’ plants which generate power for heat.

There is an obvious poverty to people who dump the remains of aborted children into a burn bin and light them up to heat the building. It comforts me slightly to note this happened outside the US. Then I easily remember the UK is really where the US gets most of its culture and its standards. If they are now perfectly capable of this; why should I arrogantly assume that the philosophical materialists in our country wouldn’t consume the corpses of unborn children like Nutella on toast? It would only be a slightly more visceral way to burn their caloric content to keep the ol’ engine firing.

Besides, the very same evil manifests itself here with a different array of symptoms. New York City’s Murry Bergtraum High School was recently described as the worst school in the city. The students were told to write letters to the New York Post and defend the academic rigor of the institution. One example read as follows; “you can digest in the information at your own paste.”

So rather than be sickened by this, rather than be outraged and rather than demanding we delouse that entire school and get some teachers in there that give a rat’s rear-end; Fred Reed asks us the following

What am I, and people my age, supposed to feel other than raw contempt for pig-ignorant, self-righteous, utterly useless illiterates whom society will have to feed and house like barnyard animals for the next fifty years?

I’ll grant His Fredness that the poor kid who wrote about digesting in stuff at his own paste probably wasn’t the next Aristotle. But he never had to end up being that ignorant. He was neglected and utterly shortchanged. He was allowed to believe he was not responsible for his own education. He was told he was entitled to all the good things and wouldn’t have to work. He was told these things because a bunch of adults who were Fred Reed’s age didn’t want to be bothered with him during what was then the present moment.

It was more fun for Fred Reed and the rest of the trash that were raising children at that juncture to leave the little blighter to go digest in at his own paste. Ask the Freakonomics geniuses and they’d tell you he should have been aborted to knock down the crime rate. Maybe he could have kept the mayor’s hands warm or something. It certainly isn’t apparent that anyone older, and more experienced than him bothered to stop and give him the time of day. If every child were a wanted child, Fred Reed’s generation and the one thereafter would have produced a vastly lower birthrate.

So what tomorrow should a civilization have that is literally willing to burn aborted fetuses to warm up its work spaces? What type of America do we deserve when nobody has the time to be bothered with figuring out why Johnny and half his buddies are illiterate? It’s more fun to ridicule them as “pig-ignorant, self-righteous, utterly useless illiterates.” It allows us to get back to the important stuff, like !ME! and what !I! want, !NOW!

And about that cute quote from John Maynard Keynes; one day the long run pops up on the horizon. A new day questions the short-sighted decisions made in the times before. We could arise with a new generation of children prepared to meet these challenges head on and bring the West gallantly through the turmoil of The 4th Turning. Oh wait, in the US this gallant generation was left to digest in information at its own paste. In the UK, that generation was aborted and then burned as medical waste.*

In answer to the rhetorical questions two paragraphs above, a civilization will get about as much of a future as it cares to plan for. I’m thinking most of the arrogant jerks who resent our newest cohort of young adults will not be fortunate enough to continue consuming oxygen long enough to feed and house anyone like a barnyard animal for the next fifty years. I should feel greater sorrow over this. Instead I feel something strangely akin to raw unadulterated contempt.
