Even though the election has been over for almost two weeks, there are still a number of people who are suffering from an election hangover. So for today’s Water Cooler, I bring you hangover remedies. I’d suggest bookmarking these, because I have a feeling they’re going to be needed frequently for the next four years.

Starting out with a fantastic marketing job, Air New Zealand has a new ad suggesting it might be time to get away from it all.

It’s a beautiful country. I highly recommend adding it to your bucket list.

Moving on, I found some more traditional hangover cures. Unfortunately, I cannot attest to the effectiveness of these cures since I almost never drink enough to enter that state.

Here are some hangover cures from pop culture in the movies. My favorite is from the movie “Flight”:

John Goodman knows how to fix whatever ails you. There are some interesting Japanese hangover cures.

I have no idea if these work, but even with a hangover I’m just not sure I could force down Pocari Sweat.
