The House Judiciary Committee has been investigating Fulton County D.A. Fani Willis for more than a year and is looking to compel the testimony of her former paramour, Nathan Wade, who was also the former prosecutor in the Georgia election case against former President Donald Trump.
But there was a small problem: They weren't able to find him to be able to serve him.
They wanted to have him testify on Thursday.
But the panel has for days been unable to serve the summons to the Marietta attorney, and spokesman Russell Dye indicated the committee has tapped the U.S. Marshals to locate him.
“The Judiciary Committee has served over 100 subpoenas this Congress. We have done so, for the most part, without controversy or the need to use the U.S. Marshals,” Dye said. “Nathan Wade’s evasion of service is extremely unusual and will require the Committee to spend U.S. tax dollars to locate him.”
"Where's Nathan Wade?" Rep. Jim Jordan asked.

Fox's Jesse Watters did a segment on the hunt on Wednesday night.
Just as Nathan Wade was scheduled to testify before the House Judiciary, he vanishes.

Now when we last spoke about Wade, it was in the context of him showing up with Fani Willis when her daughter was stopped by the police for allegedly talking on a cell phone while driving at the end of August. They then took the daughter into custody for allegedly driving on a suspended license. That was interesting as Wade and Willis had testified they'd broken up.

After all the hullabaloo and the clear anger of the Committee spokesperson that they had to go to the trouble of calling out the U.S. Marshals to hunt him down, Townhall columnist and Georgia legal analyst Phil Holloway said Wade had been found, according to his sources.
Holloway also posted a letter that the Committee sent to Wade outlining how he'd avoided testifying up to that point.

They had wanted to have him testify Thursday, so it sounds like they missed that, It hasn't been officially confirmed by the Committee yet that the was served.
One has to imagine that's not going to be good for Willis if they now will be having him testify. They will now be able to grill him on the relationship and all the surrounding questions. The first question I would have is what is their present relationship, and let's see if it matches their prior testimony.
Break out the popcorn, because that should be interesting.
