The anti-Israel crew geared up for more protest action on Sunday night, choosing New Year's Eve in NYC to try to get to Times Square. But they hit a variety of places before that. 

They had folks from the Party of Socialism and Liberation and the Answer Coalition among the people marching. They were in Columbus Circle chanting, "Resistance is justified, when people are colonized. Resistance is justified when people are occupied. Resistance is justified, from Lebanon to Palestine." You can see that video on X here. Gaza is run by Hamas -- no one is occupied. But they don't care about facts when they're chanting like a cult. Because if they did, they'd have to admit that Hamas is the cause of pretty much all of the problems in Gaza, and if they just stopped trying to attack Israel, then the people in Gaza could live in peace. But Hamas doesn't want peace, they want to destroy Israel. 

Then the activists had a new concerning chant in that same video, "Yemen, Yemen, make us proud! Turn another ship around!" That's been echoed at some of the protests in the past week. They appeared to be chanting for some of the very people who fired on U.S. forces on Sunday, as we reported earlier.

That's only the latest of the Houthi's attacks on U.S. assets. 

To have people chanting in NYC for terrorists and cheering on the people who just fired on us is more than a little concerning. 

The activists then set off red smoke bombs in Macy's at Herald Square to add another disturbing twist, as you can see in this video on X.

Exactly who in Macy's is supposed to listen to these characters and "Free Palestine" -- I didn't know Macy's was holding them? This is totally pointless stupidity, just to annoy and terrorize people. And none of this does anything to change U.S. or Israeli policy.

Add that to Al Qaeda threats against Western and Jewish targets, and you have a pretty unsavory mix to which the FBI should be paying much more attention when they aren't too busy investigating Catholics and pro-life people.

Now, there are reportedly some of them at Times Square, but most went home. 

So far, the NYPD seems to have held them in check, and things seem, by and large, pretty orderly, given the huge number of people. Hopefully, that holds.
