We’ve seen so much of the “laptop from hell” — as author Miranda Devine termed it — it’s hard to imagine that there continue to be emails that can top the dysfunction that we know was there in the Biden family. But Fox is reporting an email that shows how problematic things got between Hunter Biden and his lover/brother’s widow Hallie Biden as their relationship went downhill in July of 2018.

In an email titled, “YOU NEED TO GET TESTED FOR HIV HALLIE,” obtained by Fox News Digital, Hunter demanded that Hallie get tested for HIV and inform him of the results that day. The email also accused Hallie of turning Hunter’s niece against him and called on Hallie to seek “serious long term professional help.”

“You need to inform me of the result. TODAY,” Hunter wrote at the time. “I am getting tested today. I have been sick scared Hallie and you [hang] up on me. The love you give is so disturbing.”

“I love you [Hallie] even when you’re cruel,” he added. “GET TESTED AND TELL ME RESULTS Today.”

In earlier email exchanges that same month, Hallie called Biden a “passive aggressive a–hole” and Hunter advised her to “focus on your sobriety.”

“I hope you have someone to turn to in bed in my brothers’ house and that that act of love can be for him or her or them and not a secret someone,” Hunter wrote to Hallie on July 15, 2018. “And don’t feel as if you lost the two best men you or anyone could have ever even dreamed of.”

He’s terrified there. Is it because he thinks he was exposed or because he thinks she was? That’s not entirely clear. But it harkens back to his question about the blackmail that he speculated that Russians might have on him. What else is out there on him? I’m not even sure he knows, given all that he was involved in.

Hunter was still married to his wife at the time of the affair with Hallie, although they were separated when he started his relationship with Hallie. He was also, during that period he was with Hallie, having a relationship with Lunden Roberts who later had his child in August of 2018. Not to mention having a relationship with Hallie’s sister, Elizabeth. Hunter denied the relationship with Roberts and had to be taken to court to pay up.

But Joe was just cool with the relationship with Hallie.

“We are all lucky that Hunter and Hallie found each other as they were putting their lives together again after such sadness,” the elder Biden said in a statement. “They have mine and Jill’s full and complete support and we are happy for them.”

That relationship then blew up at the end of 2018 with Hunter “calling her a clueless, middle-aged over botoxed flat a** loser.” Classy guy. He’s the smartest guy Joe knows. But imagine all the attacks that the left has directed at President Donald Trump’s successful adult children when you had this going on.

As we previously reported, Lunden Roberts was questioned by the grand jury in February. The grand jury also questioned another ex-girlfriend of Hunter’s with whom he was in a relationship for multiple months in 2018, Zoe Kestan. Kestan was asked about the high-priced hotels where they stayed in New York and Los Angeles, as well as if she knew where the thousands of dollars he was asking her to withdraw from accounts came from.

The dysfunction ran deep, but it sounds like the grand jury is wading through it all, so we may be seeing some results soon.
