Joe Biden gave his State of the Union on Tuesday night.

But he didn’t do it unchallenged as I previously reported. When Joe Biden failed to even mention the 13 members of the American military who were killed in Afghanistan during Biden’s debacle of a withdrawal, Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) couldn’t contain herself, shouting out “13 of them,” when Biden referred to “flag-draped coffins” but not to the 13 dead.

The left is pissed because I called out Biden's botched withdrawal from Afghanistan that left 13 of America’s finest in a flag-draped coffin.

They are mad because a speech was “interrupted”.

Ask the the families who lost their loved ones how interrupted their lives are now.

Boebert was also part of the “Build the wall” chant I reported last night – along with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) – after Joe Biden claimed that “we need to secure our border.”

Biden said that, yet has done nothing at all to secure the border. Indeed, he blew up all the things that President Donald Trump had put in place that were working. He even left materials for building the wall just lying on the ground, not even completing the parts that were contracted for and in process. So, to act like he cares about the security of the border at this point is straight-up deceit. The record number of illegal aliens who have entered the country would disagree with Biden that he gives a darn.

While media then chastised Boebert for speaking out, they didn’t call out Biden for his failures to care enough about Americans to protect them, both in Afghanistan and with the border.

However, Boebert also nailed Biden on another failing of his SOTU — the whole COVID hypocrisy that they had in place. While the Democrats claimed an evolving science that allowed them to drop the mask-wearing in the House just in time for the SOTU (funny how that worked), they still kept members of Congress from having their guests in the chamber, although Jill Biden was still able to have her guests. So “Rules for Thee, But Not For Me” struck again. While they relaxed the masks, they didn’t relax the social distancing rules of where people were supposed to be sitting in the chamber. But then, Boebert noted how crazy that was with how they then behaved after the speech — after the cameras had cut away.

So, what was the point to the social distancing during the speech, if they – including Biden and Pelosi – were just going to congregate in a big crowd together anyway? It was all about performing for the cameras for the American people. It’s so false. But hypocrisy and lack of sense have been a hallmark of their COVID restrictions approach. How could anyone trust these Democrats when they see things like this?

What this all comes down to is they have an election in November, and they know that they need to flip their positions on many of the issues that Americans are unhappy about: COVID, inflation, and crime, among others. But it’s a bit late, as even the CNN instant poll is indicating, things are even sliding away with Democrats, no matter how much some of the media tried to spin the speech.
