The Biden folks are trying to gaslight us all over the place when it comes to the proposed infrastructure bill.
Like most of the other bills spilling forth from Joe Biden, they only seem to be tangentially related to their declared purpose, but really about the actual and constant purpose: keeping Democrats in power.
As Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell observed, the $2 trillion infrastructure bill seems to be very little about infrastructure, but a lot about Democratic agenda items.
The Administration’s non-infrastructure “infrastructure bill” looks like another Trojan horse for far-left demands. Rolling back Right to Work laws. Imposing the biggest new tax hikes in a generation — killing jobs and slowing wage growth when workers need a fast recovery.

That hasn’t stopped the Biden folks from trying to spin the bill. But Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg got busted for it by Fox New’s Chris Wallace.
Wallace asked Buttigieg on his show on Sunday why he had previously exaggerated (translate: lied) about the number of jobs that the bill would supposedly create on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” claiming that it would create “19 million new jobs” when in fact the number estimated was more 2.7 million according to Moody’s estimate.
Today, Chris Wallace called out Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg for lying about Biden's infrastructure plan creating "19 million" jobs.
Noting the Moody's report he was citing said it was 2.7 million, Wallace asked: "Why mislead folks?"

Wallace asked Buttigieg why he and other Biden officials were misleading people on the bill? “But it turns out the study you’re citing from Moody’s Analytics says the economy will add 16.3 million jobs without the infrastructure
bill, and 2.7 million more with it,” Wallace said. “So it doesn’t, as you said last Sunday, create 19 million jobs.”
Buttigieg admitted that Wallace was “right” and that he “should have been more precise.”
Um, there’s a huge difference between 19 million and 2.7 million. But even when caught, with no reasonable justification for the lie, Buttigieg still was trying to spin the lie, suggesting that other “studies” might suggest there would be more jobs. As Wallace explained, Buttigieg wasn’t the only one pushing the lie — National Economic Council Director Brian Deese was also pushing that as well on Fox News Sunday last week. So it was clearly an effort by the Biden folks to gaslight people on it and hope they wouldn’t get caught.
Most of the jobs added would be added without the bill and it’s not clear just how many jobs it and other Biden plans would cost, Biden has already killed thousands of jobs, just with the Keystone XL pipeline decision alone.
These folks lie like they breathe, they’re always trying to gaslight us. Even when caught he was still going, without any apology without any shame.
