Lindsey Graham 2.0 Returns, Flames the Dems on SCOTUS in Brand New Statement

Lindsey Graham 2.0 is back. Accept no substitutes. This is the superior Lindsey.

You may recall the fiery Graham, set off by what the Democrats did in trying to smear Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

And some were unsure of how Graham was going to feel about holding a hearing now after what he said in 2016 about holding off in an election year.

But he made clear subsequently that he was “hell-bent” on proceeding and he referred to this a couple of days ago.

He went into greater detail about why today in a new statement.

Graham repeats some of the same things we’ve heard from others about the divided government and checking Barack Obama. But then he gets to the money quote. “After the treatment of Justice Kavanaugh I now have a different view of the judicial-confirmation process,” Graham said. “Compare the treatment of Robert Bork, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Brett Kavanaugh to that of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan, and it’s clear that there is already one set of rules for a Republican president and one set of rules for a Democrat president. I therefor think it is important that we proceed expeditiously to process any nomination made by President Trump to fill this vacancy. I am certain if the shoe was on the other foot, you would do the same.”

Boom. That’s the Lindsey we like to hear! The leftists went to his house and tried to intimidate him, but now he’s letting them have it. And he’s letting the Democrats know, they cooked their own goose with their disgusting behavior against Kavanaugh, that there have already been “two different sets of rules” for decades, with Democrats getting a fair hearing and Republicans getting the shaft, like Bork and Thomas even before Kavanaugh. I was worried people might forget what was done, but Lindsey isn’t going to let Americans forget how horrible the Democrats were and how they should never be back in power, with their threats.
