Sanders Waxes Delusional at Rally, Claims His Supporters 'Make Trump and Musk Very Nervous'

Poor self-declared "Democratic"-Socialist, ever-cranky Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), he mad.

Or should I say "he delusional"? However you want to describe Sanders, he made a couple of stops on Saturday at which he promptly and predictably spewed venomous nonsense about all things President Donald Trump.

I know — try to control your shock and amazement.

Not to give away my favorite example of the Vermont senator's multiple delusional accusations (hilarious, unintended punch lines), but at one of his absurd "Fighting Oligarchy" rallies (this one in Los Angeles), he declared before a crowd of Bernie Bots that they are “making Donald Trump and Elon Musk very nervous,” as he laid out a string of concocted grievances with the Trump administration.

The 83-year-old unintentional comedian told his cheering bots:

There are some 36,000 of you, the largest rally that we have ever had. Your presence here today is making Donald Trump and Elon Musk very nervous.

Uh-huh. No word if Trump, Musk, or both despicable evil-doers were given anxiety meds to calm down.

Sanders continued — with the same old worn-out schtick he's hyperventilated about for years.

We are living in a moment where a handful of billionaires control the economic and political life of our country. [Trump is moving America].

Yeah, Bernie, we know.

Just like we knew in 2016, 2020, 2024, and every year in between.

Thing is, there's just one fly in your silly scaremongering ointment: Trump did nothing of the kind throughout his first term, and as far as I can tell, he's doing zero of it this time. But, hey — you know that; you just want your bots and other woefully low-information muss-mind bots to believe it, bless your dishonest heart.

The “Fighting Oligarchy” tour is mostly scheduled for Republican-majority areas. Sanders' website claims the tour has so far been attended by 107,981 people across seven states, and that livestreams of the rallies have viewed more than five million times.

Sander describes his tours thusly:

Over the course of the next few weeks, I'll be hitting the road to have real discussions across America on how we move forward to take on the Oligarchs and corporate interests who have so much power and influence in this country.

Not to rain on Bernie's delusional parade, but big whoop.

I'd bet a dollar that virtually every person who has either attended one of Bernie's hysterical rallies or watched via livestream already bought Bernie's ridiculous rhetoric before he, she, they, them, or it did so.

Incidentally, is it just me, or does Bernie look like he combs his hair with a balloon? (Yeah, I couldn't help it.)

Also on Saturday, Sanders trotted over to Coachella, annually billed as "the premier music festival," to make a cameo appearance.

Here's more:

Screaming fans sprinted over, camera phones in hand, to capture the politician’s unannounced speech that followed a blockbuster set from superstar Charli XCX at a neighboring stage.

Speaking under a full moon at Coachella, Sanders urged crowds to stand up against billionaires, health insurance companies, and President Donald Trump’s administration.

Sanders gave his speech in introducing pop singer Clairo to the stage, whom he thanked for using her platform to support women’s rights and for speaking out to end the war in Gaza.

Now we’ve got a president of the United States,” Sanders began, as the overwhelming-left-wing crowd’s boos quickly drowned out Trump’s name. Bernie, of course, agreed with the boos:

I agree. He thinks that climate change is a hoax. He is dangerously wrong, and you and I are going to have to stand up to the fossil fuel industry and tell them to stop destroying this planet.

I’m not gonna be long but this country faces some very difficult challenges and the future of what happens to America depends on your generation. You can turn away and ignore what goes on but you do it at your own peril. We need you to stand up to fight for justice.

Yada yada, yada, blah, blah, blah.

Same old worn-out far-left rhetoric that Sanders has been spewing for decades, along with Massachusetts leftist Democrat Sen. Elizabeth Warren and a host of like-minded Democrat legislators.

What really amuses me is that Bernie and Liz, along with the other radical leftists in the Democrat Party, sang the same delusional tune from same silly sheet of socialist music throughout the 2024 presidential campaign, along with calling Trump "Hitler," "fascist," dictator-wannabe, and a multitude of other ad hominem ridiculousness.

And how'd that all work out?

Trump won by a wider and broader margin than he would have won if the crazies hadn't intentionally run their clown car into a ditch. Yet, here they are, post-inauguration, as Trump and his team continue to redefine the first 100 days of a presidential term, singing the same ridiculous song.

Go figure.
