This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a story like this and it won’t be the last. So why bother reporting it? Because we can never draw too much attention to the blatant racism on full display in all its hypocritical glory by the self-proclaimed vanguard against all things “racist.”

Otherwise known as the Democrat Party; the most hypocritical group of people on the planet. A party whose depth of hypocrisy is equaled only by the height of its arrogance.

As reported by the New York Post on Wednesday, “some” low-income families in Oakland, California, will soon receive $500 a month in no-strings-attached cash as part of a privately funded program. That’s right: free money without doing a damn thing to earn it.

A proverbial gift from heaven for some? Yeah. Except for those “some low-income families” who happen to be white. They need not apply. Based solely on the color of their skin.

As the Post reported, the Oakland Resilient Families program has raised nearly $7 million to help families of color with at least one minor child making less than $30,000 a year.

The ORF program is a guaranteed minimum income pilot, similar to universal basic income; both of which have been longtime utopian pipe dreams of the far left. In other words, coming soon to a National Democrat Party near you.

The programs are similar in the respect that the federal government — hardworking U.S. taxpayers —hand out free money on a monthly basis to those who “qualify” — with one of the major qualifiers being simply being alive. Note the following description.

“Wealth distribution.” The current, privately-funded pilot, sure. Longtime, permanent guaranteed minimum income? Wealth redistribution — on a massive scale.

Under the plan, according to the Post, participants will be randomly selected, and white people are not eligible. Irrespective of the statistic that white residents of Oakland earn roughly three times as much as black residents on average, no white people are eligible — including those who would otherwise qualify — were it not for the color of their skin.

Democrat Mayor Libby Schaaf in a Tuesday announcement emphasized that the Oakland City Council “designed this demonstration project to add to the body of evidence, and to begin this relentless campaign to adopt a guaranteed income federally.”

To Schaaf’s point, as noted by the Post, more than two dozen mayors across the country have signed on to “Mayors for a Guaranteed Income,” an organization that seeks to end urban poverty the same way Democrats seek to end — or start — virtually everything: by throwing “free” money at it. The Democrat Party calls it “investing.” The fact is, every penny of that “free” money comes from U.S. taxpayers, increases to the national debt, or both. Or, of course, zillionaires like Twitter’s left-wing autocratic czar, Jack Dorsey.

Roots in The Black Panther Party — Founded in Oakland

The Oakland project is one of the largest in the country, so far, targeting up to 600 families.

It’s also the first program to limit participation to people of color and indigenous communities — as the Post noted, “a nod to the legacy of the original Black Panther Party, the Black Power organization founded in Oakland by [radicalized] college students Bobby Seale and Huey P. Newton in 1966.”

How proud must the long-ago-departed Mr. Newton be, wherever he is?
