The IRS is one of the most feared agencies in the federal government. It’s dogged demands for diligent record keeping make even the most organized, detailed accountants shake in their boots.

But Lois Lerner cracked the code. Through her example, we see exactly how everyday Americans should be handling things when the IRS comes a knocking.
