With a weekend ripe for Team Trump getting a positive message out there and reminding voters that Hillary Clinton is the James Moriarty of the federal government, it only makes sense that members of Team Trump would do everything they could ruin it. And boy howdy did they try. Meet Pax Dickinson, founder of “WeSearchr,” some sort of journalism start-up and/or Trump PAC. To tell you the type of journalistic integrity WeSearchr employs, it’s run by Charles C. Johnson.
Anyway, Pax Dickinson, whose name is impossible to shorten to either “Pax” or “Dickinson,” made a “joke” about an impending genocide of Mormons. As students of history know, both genocide and religious targeting are right behind fart jokes in terms of comedic gold.

So, naturally, people pick up on such things. McKay Coppins of BuzzFeed pointed out that this was probably not the way to get Donald Trump some support within Utah, and Pax Dickinson responded with the maturity expected of someone who makes Mormon Holocaust jokes.

Louise Mensch wrote a piece at Heat Street (linked above), which also got Pax Dickinson to double down on his very fact-based claims.

Now, don’t worry. It’s very likely that this will pass and that Pax Dickinson will go back to tweeting more informed thoughts and opinions. For example, before this tangent, he was pushing the idea that McMullin is a CIA plant meant to upset the election for Donald Trump. He also seems to think that Julian Assange may no longer be alive because he crossed the Clintons.
I guess what I’m trying to say is that Mormon Genocide isn’t funny. In fact, after doing some research, I have come to the conclusion that Samantha Bee is funnier than you. And, oh yeah, your guy is totally gonna lose, dude.
