Despite his Democrat colleagues and the Left’s attempt to cancel Missouri Senator Josh Hawley, he continues to stand strong, push back, and call out the hypocrisy of the Biden call for “unity”. Hawley has refused to disavow his objection to the certification of the Electoral College votes, and sounds a clarion call against Big Tech, connecting the partnership between them and the Democrat majority in the Executive and Legislative branches.
“Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.), under partisan attack for arguing against congressional certification of the Electoral College vote, said efforts to silence him — including the cancellation of a book deal with Simon & Schuster — show ‘we’ve got Big Tech and the big corporations…in league with the left.’
“And what they’re basically saying is, listen, if you don’t hold the right opinions, then you’re not going to be able to be on social media. You’re not going to be able to get a job maybe, or you’re not going to be able to communicate. If you — if you have a small business, you’re going to get boycotted.”
These aspects are not only still in play, but Big Tech and corporations have moved into hyperdrive. Facebook and Twitter are still purging conservatives and anyone who speaks against the narrative that the election was free and fair.
MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, a close Trump ally and vocal critic of the election result, is the most recent target. Retailers like Bed, Bath & Beyond, Wayfair, and Kohls have pulled his product from their shelves, Lindell has been told to cease and desist from his accusations against Dominion Voting Systems or else they will sue him for defamation, and today Twitter permanently banned Lindell from its platform.

Hawley spoke to Sean Hannity about the,
“unbelievable attempt by big business, Big Tech and the left to try to censor all dissent, to try to shut down all opposition to try to silence half of America.
“And while the Democrats talk about unity in Washington, they don’t want unity. What they want is total control, and these big corporations are right there with them trying to achieve it. And, Sean, we’ve got to stand up and say, we will not bow down to the mob.”

Big Tech continues its march crushing conservative voices.

Hawley just inked a new book deal with Regnery publishing, and my colleague Sister Toldjah covered the Regnery President Thomas Spence’s blistering Wall Street Journal Op-Ed about Publishing and Blacklists.
BREAKING: @HawleyMO signs with Regnery after Simon & Schuster cancels book.

Sen. Josh Hawley has found a new publisher after his book was dropped by Simon & Schuster in the wake of the siege of the U.S. Capitol. Regnery announced Monday that Hawley's "The Tyranny of Big Tech" will come out this spring. https://t.co/QXX0QZZWyj pic.twitter.com/IitDoprKBF

Hawley is also pushing back against the witch hunt of complaints from his Democrat colleagues. Hawley wrote two letters, one calling for an ethics investigation into the seven Democrats that filed complaints against him and Texas Senator Ted Cruz.
A valuable lesson for conservatives on how to fight. When the mob pushes, you learn to push back.
I wrote earlier this month that if Hawley,
“can weather the slings, arrows, character assassination, and demonetization, he will become the face of the party leadership that matters. In the past, he has been a champion not only of civil liberties, but the America-first agenda. If Hawley holds true to that path, and true to his commitment to his constituents, he will lay a bedrock foundation from which to build an even brighter political future.”
It appears Hawley is standing tall, holding tough, and fighting smart. He is an example for conservatives to follow. At some point, this fight against censorship, cancellation, and high-tech lynching will come to us all.
