The death of Daunte Wright at the hands of a police officer in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, elicited national outrage. But for some, it has provided an opportunity to foment chaos. Members of the Antifa movement are exploiting the shooting, using it as an excuse to riot in black neighborhoods.

On Wednesday, Antifa operatives identified themselves to Fox News reporter Mike Tobin, who discussed the issue during an appearance on “The Ingraham Angle.” He said: “As it goes on, you get more people coming in from out of town. I had several people that I spoke with who identified themselves as Antifa — and angrily so. So you had that crowd out here.”

As with the Antifa riots last year, black residents of the community do not appreciate the mayhem that members of the mostly-white, radical leftist movement brings. In a clip that went viral, a black man confronted the umbrella-toting leftist extremists, angrily telling them not to engage in their usual antics. “Don’t you start this sh*t,” he repeatedly shouted. “Don’t you dare start this sh*t!”

The extremists screamed insults at the man, telling him to “get the f*ck” out of here. “Stop telling us to be peaceful,” one of the operatives screamed. “there’s no such thing as peaceful, you f*cking kill [unintelligible] the game, bro. You f*cking killing my flock I ain’t gonna be peaceful no more!”

Kim Potter, the officer who killed Daunte Wright as he resisted arrest, resigned from her position and has been charged with second-degree manslaughter. If convicted, she will face up to ten years in prison. The officer claims she meant to pull out her taser during the altercation, but accidentally pulled her gun.

Antifa is a movement that has all the hallmarks of leftism, but at a more extreme level. While proclaiming to fight for minorities, they work to undermine them. The truth is that these radical extremists are not on the black community’s side. Indeed, they would rather destroy black neighborhoods than work towards any meaningful change for the black community.

One of the definitions of white supremacy is “the social, economic, and political systems that collectively enable white people to maintain power over people of other races.”

Riots in black neighborhoods have been shown to cause lasting damage to the community. The riots last year resulted in over $2 billion worth of destruction. Thousands of minority-owned businesses were destroyed, as a recent study showed. Riots like these tend to have a lasting economic detriment. This devastation presents an almost insurmountable obstacle to black-owned businesses that seek to close the disparity between white and black enterprises. In essence, it enables “white people to maintain power over people of other races.”

Antifa is a white supremacist movement.

This mostly-white group of thugs has no qualms about contributing to the destruction of black communities even when black residents pled with them to stop. There was plenty of footage last year showing black people trying to reason with these white leftist savages to no avail.

The bottom line is that members of the Antifa movement, like many so-called progressive elites, care nothing for the black community or any other minorities, for that matter. Their proclamations of support for the black community are nothing more than dishonest virtue signaling designed to mask their true intentions. Attacking black neighborhoods is yet another way they seek to push their Marxist agenda on the rest of the nation.
