Someone has started a silly rumor that I will be challenging Michael Steele for RNC Chairman thanks, in part, to RedState’s tremendous win record so far this year in GOP primaries. Mixed into this rumor is the suggestion that I am somehow to be opposed because of my position on gun control.To clear this up and stop more reporters from calling me, let me be clear: I bought my wife a shotgun for Christmas. I am a big advocate of learning how to control your gun when you mow down Disney style forest creatures and bad guys. After all, lead has gotten expensive and the more you control your gun, the less lead you’ll waste.I hope that clears up this ridiculous rumor.
