We are days past President Donald Trump asking whether or not it would be possible to find a way to inject chemicals into the body in order to kill COVID-19. The way the mainstream media and the Democrats tell it, Trump began suggesting everyone begin ingesting bleach. In reality, he did no such thing.
What he really said was:
“So supposing we hit the body with a tremendous — whether it’s ultraviolet or just a very powerful light — and I think you said that hasn’t been checked because of the testing,” Trump said. “And then I said, supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or some other way, and I think you said you’re going to test that, too.”
“I see the disinfectant that knocks it out in a minute, one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside or almost a cleaning? As you see, it gets in the lungs, it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it would be interesting to check that.”

As I covered previously, Trump’s statement came directly after Under Secretary for Science at Technology at the Department of Homeland Security, Bill Bryan, noted various observations about how the virus reacts to certain things including UV light and various chemicals.
It’s not hard to see that Trump was simply asking a question about what is and isn’t possible. Anyone who reads what he said can easily see that he didn’t suggest anyone ingest bleach.
But not everyone has the time or energy to pay attention to the news, especially Trump’s comments. Nowadays, most news comes in small hits through tweets and headlines, edited videos, and word of mouth. The mainstream media knows this and so it crafts narratives through the aforementioned headlines and edited videos.
As such, despite the fact that Trump clearly didn’t tell anyone to inject themselves with chemicals, the lie that he did lives on even to the point where even his old friends believe it and are turning against him. As The Hollywood Reporter posted, shock jock Howard Stern got into it with a caller over the issue and noted that after telling everyone to ingest chemicals, he’s all in for Joe Biden:
Stern’s caller used the sarcastic line when defending Trump. Stern, a onetime friend of Trump’s who had him on his show a number of times before he sought political office, was baffled.
“What’s it going to take? I don’t get it,” Stern said, adding he was watching Thursday’s press conference and said to his wife, “I don’t think there is anyone left who will vote for him.” A dismayed Stern noted at least the caller would vote for Trump.
Stern continued, “I’m very frustrated. It is mind-blowing to me. We have such a disconnect in this country — this [caller] is saying he saw that and he’s OK with it.”
The caller told Stern he was biased because he would likely support Biden, to which Stern said, “I am all in on Joe Biden. You see the wall that’s right next to you, I’ll vote for the wall over a guy who tells me that I should pour Clorox into my mouth. Listen, I think we are in deep shit. I think we could have been ahead of this curve.”
Stern finally had to hang up on the caller. “I just can’t take it,” he said. “I don’t know what is going on in our country.”
You can argue that Trump’s question was asked pretty inartfully and that his later claim that he was being “sarcastic” only made it looks worse. What you can’t do is say Trump said something he didn’t and have your integrity remain intact. Stern is either just as ignorant as the press hopes people will remain and he’s just repeating the lie that was told to him or he’s part of the anti-Trump cadre that is out to paint him as a complete idiot for one party’s political gain.
Either way, it’s not a good look for Stern.
However, the focus of this article isn’t about Stern, at least not in particular. It’s about the entirety of the media complex that proven that has zero problems with lying to us in order to pass a narrative. We know they have all the necessary information in front of them just like the rest of us in the political commentary/journalism profession do yet they blatantly lie.
What we’re being served isn’t even news at this point, it’s propaganda. It’s a group of people with a political goal utilizing their platforms to spin a story that just isn’t true for one party’s benefit.
Sadly, it’s very easy to get a lie to spread, especially when you’re in control of the world’s largest stages and when a bunch of “news” outlets are aligned with the same goal, getting a narrative to thrive in a world where few people read past a sensationalistic headline isn’t exactly hard.
This isn’t intentionally malicious on the part of many news companies and journalists. These are conscious attempts to mislead you into doing what they want you to.
This is sick.
