The deeper dive into the mayhem from the media complex on Lie-Able Sources.
In this edition, I look at the other distressing aspect of the Hunter Biden laptop media fiasco, and that is the letter that was written by dozens of members of the intelligence community. This was the missive from 51 current and former figures from primarily the CIA, as well as other intelligence outfits. It provided the perfect excuse for the press to avoid covering the story ahead of the election.
What it failed to provide was any proof of the alleged Russian involvement. Even James Clapper goes on to give his escape hatch excuse for this letter, which should have given any honest journalist pause, and reason to look into the matter further.
I’ll also cover some of the Kentanji Brown Jackson story, where the press is struggling mightily to defend Biden’s SCOTUS selection, all while ignoring their own prior positions with Republican-appointed justices. Chuck Todd in particular is exposed here.
Then there are some sports-related issues, with the press trying desperately to sell the concept of trans swimmer Lia Thomas being something to celebrate. The Today Show is especially egregious, as they were spotted manipulating media in order to convince the audience this was a glorious event.
On top of that, ESPN delves into the political arena by making a production out of the Florida parental rights law. The legislation was brought up during a broadcast of the women’s March Madness, not played in Florida and not involving any Florida teams, so at halftime and the start of the third quarter they obviously held a moment of silence as they had to veer away from the game. (Probably influenced by the blowout of South Carolina drilling Howard to the tune of a 44-4 lead.)
And also there will be an additional segment from Andrew Malcolm, providing his clip of Malcolm On The Right. This is a media sandwich packed with jam in a breezy timeframe, so dig in.
