Joe Biden shuffled out to a White House podium on Monday and did nothing to assuage the questions surrounding his fitness for the office. Addressing the Supreme Court's decision on presidential immunity, which delivered Donald Trump a partial victory, the current president misrepresented the U.S. Constitution and attempted to change the narrative surrounding his failing campaign.

He was also...oddly orange.

After Biden faceplanted on the national stage, showing ample evidence of his senility at last Thursday's debate, his handlers decided to smear him in bronzer to make him look less pale. I'm not kidding. I'm not being hyperbolic. It's not editing on the video itself. From multiple sources, you can see the dude is orange in all the video clips.
Maybe I'm reading too much into things, but bronzing a guy up because people were commenting that he looked like a cadaver seems just a bit desperate. Amid ongoing concerns about Biden's cognitive and physical abilities, some handlers thought, "You know, let's coat him in self-tanner." Never mind the typical slurring of his words. As I wrote recently, this is a campaign that's adrift. There is no plan to fix the ongoing collapse. What you see is what you get.
Regardless, Biden is completely wrong regarding his claim as well. How do I know? Because his own Department of Justice recently reiterated that a sitting president can't be indicted. That was one of the justifications in former special counsel Robert Hur's report on Biden's stealing and mishandling of classified information (along with the current president being senile and unfit to stand trial).

FACT: Biden *routinely* brags about DEFYING the Supreme Court with his student loan debt bailout, among other unilateral actions. pic.twitter.com/FGnjS988Jw
Again, putting all the other allegations against Biden aside, he clearly broke the law by retaining classified documents as a senator and vice president despite both offices having no declassification power. So yeah, maybe he should save his lectures for someone who hasn't paid attention over the last several years.
And just like that, only four minutes in his speech, Biden walked out of the room, not answering a single question at his "presser." Four. Minutes.

What did we learn? We learned that Biden and his team are paying attention to the criticisms of his appearance. We also learned that he can't handle speaking for longer than your average pop song at 7:45 in the evening. If this was supposed to show vigor and authority, it failed, mostly because Biden is who he is. It's not changing, and the cat is out of the bag with American voters.
