The Hate Actually Emanates From the Left—'Journalist' Taylor Lorenz's Despicable Take on CEO's Murder

We cover plenty of terrible, gaslighting, biased media types here, and certainly, one who regularly tops the list of awful people is former Washington Post columnist Taylor Lorenz. I say “former” because even that leftist rag couldn’t take her antics anymore, and they parted ways in October. Technically she “resigned” to pursue other options, but her resignation came after an internal review regarding her social media post implying that Joe Biden was a war criminal.

Draw your own conclusions.

She also became infamous for doxing the account holder of “Libs of TikTok,” Chaya Raichik, and then notoriously bawling like a baby and playing the victim when called out for it.

Go to the 23-second mark to feel her legendary pain:

My colleague Teri Christoph wrote about Lorenz and the liberal death cult earlier Thursday:

Celebrating Murder: The Left's Ghoulish Death Cult Is Celebrating Murder of Health Care CEO, Calling for More Assassinations

Lorenz has taken her act to another level and seems to be applauding the murder of Brian Thompson, the CEO of UnitedHealthcare, who was gunned down on the streets of New York Wednesday in what appeared to be a targeted assassination.

Former Washington Post journalist Taylor Lorenz sparked outrage after she appeared to support the murder of UnitedHealth's CEO while highlighting the misdeeds of another.

Lorenz, once a rising star on the internet beat, issued a series of controversial posts on Bluesky shortly after Thompson was assassinated in midtown Manhattan on Wednesday.

'Woke up to see this spammed in my group chats,' Lorenz wrote alongside a celebratory image that read, 'CEO DOWN.'

But she was just getting started, seeming to imply that the gruesome murder was justified because people don’t like insurance companies.

"People have very justified hatred toward insurance company CEOs because these executives are responsible for an unfathomable amount of death and suffering,' she wrote on a different post.

'As someone against death and suffering, I think it’s good to call out this broken system and the ppl in power who enable it.'

But then she went full-on disgusting:

In perhaps the most shocking post, Lorenz shared a news report about Blue Cross Blue Shield announcing they would not cover anesthesia for the full length of certain surgeries in some states.

She wrote: 'And people wonder why we want these executives dead.'

Lorenz went on to post a photo of a Blue Cross CEO and personal information about her. What possible explanation for this could she have, other than she was implying people should harass this CEO—or worse?

I have blurred out the CEO’s information, but this is what the violence-inciting Lorenz posted:

There’s more, but we get the point, Taylor—you’re mad about the insurance industry, so you want people dead. The depravity is off the charts.

We hear endlessly about “hate speech” and violent rhetoric, which the left insists always comes from right-wingers and white supremacists and MAGA Nazis and whoever else they tarnish with their bile. Therefore, censorship is in order, in their twisted view.

This noxious rhetoric, however, is coming from the far left. The Corrupt Mainstream media hired this malevolent nightmare, and although she's working on her own now, they gave her the original platform. That tells you everything you need to know about the American press in the modern age.

She was once their darling, but I bet you won't hear a peep out of them now as she celebrates the brutal death of a father and a husband.

Absolutely appalling.

The viewpoint from the left: why have standards if you can’t have double standards?
