On March 25th, 2017, at a Make America Great Again rally in Orange County, California, all heck broke loose.

About an hour prior to the event, a counter-protestor in a black mask was hit. He subsequently pepper-sprayed a woman. A bunch of people then tackled him. Punches and kicks flew.

Check out the madness (LANGUAGE WARNING):

Fox News characterized the scuffle as “counter-protestors [trying] to block Trump supporters from marching on” Bolsa Chica State Beach.

The extravaganza saw Sacramento’s Jessica Aguilar twice slap a Trump supporter across the face.

Fast-forward to this past Wednesday, when the 23-year-old was found guilty of one count of misdemeanor battery.

As per The Orange County District Attorney’s Office:

Aguilar was immediately sentenced to 20 days in jail, but also 10 days of Caltrans work.

According to Fox, prosecutors noted her community service can vacate the jail sentence.

Three of the melee’s anti-Trumpers were charged with felonies for assault with pepper spray.

The fact that any presidential rally — on either side — could possibly end up in a physical altercation is just ridiculous. No contemporary American group ready to physically fight at a display of ideas has any hope of changing the world with what they have to say. Or, at least, they shouldn’t.
